Can’t praise the Plum Play enough. They have been extremely helpful and very professional throughout. We thought the scooter did not work and Plum Play were prepared to arrange courier pick up without original packaging. However after a lengthy discussion with them, (which they very patiently explained how to set up the scooter) it transpired that we had not assembled the scooter correctly when it was originally unpacked. Scooter is now working perfectly. 5 star customer service.

My daughter's Globber scooter broke as a result of her older brother using it to practice stunts for which it is clearly not designed. Spare parts are readily available from Plum Play but the specific part I required was shown on their website as out of stock. I contacted customer service and they managed to locate one in their warehouse, and sent me a link to pay for it. The part arrived within a few days and enabled me to easily repair the scooter.
Communication from Kaya (Plum Play Customer Care Team) was brilliant and the spare part was very reasonably priced. The scooter lives to fight another day, my daughter is very happy and my son has been docked pocket money to reimburse me for the spare part - a good result!

Courtney was a great help from start to finish! Bought my son a scooter for Xmas, opened it on Xmas day and one of the wheels didn’t light up, after confirming a few details they sent me a replacement! I have one very happy little boy now!

Not usually one to write reviews but so I was so impressed with the service I received I felt i had to. I called up to request a missing part to a scooter that we had lost. (The main base with wheels). The lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and advised me she would need to check with the stock room as they sometimes hold spare parts. Within the same afternoon I received email confirmation that they did have the part. I received the part 3 days later and was only charged for postage not the substantial part. Couldn’t be more impressed and happy with the outcome. Thank you

Ordered some wooden Monkey bars for our daughter as a christmas present, which was too be from Santa. The purchase was made via Argos and claimed delivery would be within 3 to 5 days.
Unfortunately, the entire product didn't arrive, as Plum Play use one of the worst courier's in the country.
Plums customer service did not show any urgency in resolving the item, firstly sitting with the courier for nearly 3 weeks before any attempt was made to delivery it, and when it was delivered, the 3 meter long pieces of wood were missing.
Plum were kind enough to close early for Christmas, meaning I was left completely in the dark as to whether the missing piece would arrive.
The courier claimed only 2 items were sent, and when I checked the invoice, only 2 items listed. Plum claimed the courier lost it......but cant provide a tracking number for it, which is interesting.
My daughter didn't get her present from Santa, we had to but her something that wasn't even on her list.
And of course, no refund until the item is returned, so I'm out of pocket for nearly £300 for the next 2 month's!
The courier XDP are useless.....they have no customer service, no call centre, nobody on webchat (ever) and don't reply to emails.
Any seller who values their customers would avoid using this courier and wouldn't close for nearly 3 weeks without resolving such an issue.
Amazing service and product. Speedy delivery and fab customer service.

Still have not received the swing I ordered,can’t get in touch with customer service as closed until the beginning of January for a refund,which I have requested I also realise it’s delivery company’s fault too!
Not Impressed,!one disappointed child !Plum play have been very helpful now that I have managed to contact them , but suggest they use a different courier as XDP are so unreliable

I ordered a Swing and slide set on 12th Dec for a Christmas present. The website stated delivery for Christmas, with a 2-3 working day delivery date. There's been no update since. I emailed on the 21st regarding an update, to receive a response on the 23rd stating there were parts missing and the items would be dispatched together once they arrived. There was no confirmation when this would be, no apology that the item wouldn't arrive for Christmas. The email was sent and immediately followed by an out of office email preventing me from responding or receiving any further information. Very poor communication from this company particualy at this time of year when they are aware these items are Christmas presents for young children.

Ordered a swing set via Amazon for only the wooden parts to be delivered. After contacting the company I was advised that the missing parts were at the depot and would update on the tracking, and be delivered for Christmas. Ordered the 7/12, delivery to be made 11-13/12, here we are on the 23/12 with the missing items still not arrived. Contacted again via Amazon with no response. Contacted the courier twice with no response. Contacted via their website to be advised they’re now out of office. So we have a wooden frame with nothing to put them together with, and no swings - I’m sure my kids will love that for Christmas!
Have requested a return via Amazon and been given a label? For wooden swing posts?

I was told on the 23/12 that the missing items were lost! 2 days before Christmas, despite assurances that they would arrive for Christmas. Since then I have been trying to get them to collect the posts and issue a refund. As of the 15/01 this has not been done. They will not issue a refund until the courier has collected the posts, yet the courier has already gone to the wrong address to collect once, and promises of collection this week don’t look good.
Honestly, just avoid this company. The customer service response to messages is slow, if at all (I had to write multiple negative reviews to even get a response in December!), and they just don’t seem to care.
They also had the audacity to challenge this review stating it was for a different company. Come on now, you know it’s for you and are just trying to get it removed!
Terrible behaviour.
Terrible delivery, terrible customer service, 100% discourage shopping here.

I ordered the wrong colour trampoline and emailed the customer care team. Zoe from said customer responded immediately and corrected my order and then it arrived the next day! Extremely pleased with service from start to finish and the price was extremely competitive which is what made me purchase in the first place.

EDIT: I originally left a 1-star review after a mistake on my order, but I want to correct that because the service I’ve received since has been exceptional. Plum Play's customer support team has gone above and beyond to put things right. I spoke with Kaya, who was nothing short of proactive, friendly and amazing! She picked up my enquiry straight away, reassured me, and is now actively working to try and get my parcel diverted before delivery. She has shown patience, kindness and a genuine willingness to help, which has completely changed my experience.
What really matters is how a company responds after any small issue. In this case, the response was brilliant. A huge thank you to Kaya and the team – fantastic customer service and a company that truly cares about its customers.
