I mistakenly ordered the wrong part in the evening and emailed customer service. To my great surprise, Abish from customer service immediately responded and refunded my money. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend.

My experience with PlumbersStock was terrible. I paid $423.90 for a faucet that never arrived. Instead, I received a small sink strainer that I did not order. The company acknowledged the mistake but kept delaying the refund because they could not obtain return paperwork from their warehouse partner.
For weeks I had to follow up repeatedly, provide photos, and explain the situation over and over. The issue was only resolved after I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
Customers should not have to fight this hard to receive either the product they paid for or a refund when the wrong item is shipped.

I Had an issue with a return form online so I called customer service and my representative resolved the issue quickly and sent me a direct link while I was on he phone with her. She was kind, helpful and made my return easy.

I order a part for a property on one of our business cards. The card is a low balance card for quick parts purchases. The card exceeded it's balance for the month and declined the purchase. Christy reached out multiple times and got me on the phone. We were able to process the payment on the appropriate card and had almost no delay in the order. She then sent me the invoice right away, once the order was processed.
