Great company
Boiler Engineer Zak did a fantastic job installing my new boiler. He worked really hard and left everything very tidy. Communication was excellent all round from Zak and the other PlumbCall staff. I can't fault them in any way.

Excellent engineer
We already had the regular boiler service booked, and the day before the heating broke down. The engineer arrived as planned, and even though it was a Friday afternoon was not phased by the fact the job wasn't as straight forward as he might have been expecting. He was really helpful, diagnosed the issue and left us with both heating and hot water working. There were a couple of small leaks that needed mending longer term to maintain the pressure in the system. PlumbCall provided a fair quote to do that work and we had the same engineer back the next week. All sorted now :-). The engineer was very knowledgably and it felt like he really cared about the service he provided. Thank you.

From the moment I rang the office I was greeted with a friendly person who was so helpful within 2 hours I had an engineer who was very courteous problem solved I have my boiler serviced with this company that's why I choose them i will definitely use them if I have any future problems

So glad I went back to PlumbCall
After a sorry saga with another provider I returned to PlumbCall who I have used for the past six years to service my boiler.
From the phone operator to the local manager who visited to check my exact requirements to the engineer who carried out the work all were polite, friendly and above all efficient!
