Basically I got problem same as another people from July until November 2025 waiting for my parcel. i order per a jeans around 4 months ago and still stock in ups wear house in USA . I emailed Philip Plein lots of time first they said your package is in the uk customs waiting for realise the item! After 2 weeks again they said we had a problem your order is still in USA ! what ever After a months chasing they said you have to call ups . I called them they said call sender. It’s like they keep passing me to each other. Anyway after 4months I called them last night again and asking for refund he said you have to waiting to the item back to our wearhouse and than after we can decide to refund you.!!They are scammer honestly . I didn’t read the reviews first and I thought they are same as another brand but their sounds like scammers. If you read my reviews don’t get anything from them.cuz your order never ever arrive to you.

Ik zie hier veel negatieve beoordelingen maar misschien moeten die niet bij een nepsite bestellen.
Ik had op 4-11-2025 mijn schoenen besteld en had ze zaterdag de 8ste al in huis.
Alles verliep heel netjes en zonder problemen.

Service client incompétent. Des délais de livraisons interminables, plus de 2 semaines en intra-eurpéen ( je suis de Monaco), alors que lors des commandes ils vous annoncent fictivement 5 jours de délai max avec livraison UPS express, allégations volontairement inexactes. NUL

Ware kommt nicht an.Schuhe wurden von mir im August bestellt und bis jetzt 04.11 ist keine Lieferung angekommen. Angeblich Zollprobleme und die Logistikabteilung antwortet nicht. Geld wurde natürlich bezahlt aber keine Ware erhalten. Per Mail immer wider die gleiche Rückmeldung Sie haben auch keine Infos der Logistik Abteilung. Das geht gar nich. Ich war jahrelang treuer Kunde, aber das grenzt schon an Fake online Shop. NO GO und das Geld haben sie immer noch.

A primo impatto sembrerebbe un sito ufficiale di Philip plein dove vendono prodotti a prezzi di Outlet! Ma vedendo così tanti commenti negativi capisco di no!!
Pure io ho acquistato da questa pagina un paio di scarpe! L’ordine l’ho fatto il 24 Agosto, dal tracking risulta spedito ma da 2 mesi è bloccato in dogana!! Ho provato a contattare il servizio cliente e l’unica cosa che mi sanno dire “È bloccato in dogana” 😒 Grazie al CXX! Fin lì ci eri arrivato anche io! Ma nessuna soluzione concreta!!! Meno male che il pagamento l’ho fatto con Klarna perché non mi dava una buona spina come sito, e ho pagato solo 1 rata!

I Ordered a 3k leather jacket for my girlfriend 2 months ago and the UPS customs is holding the jacket due for not paid taxes in the US by Philipp Plein. Customer Service keeps telling to wait. I checked Philipp Plein out online and he isn't a proper fashion designer! He used to make dog beds and now he has team people designing clothes for him. All he does is shows off his cars Instagram, not a single post of him doing fashion designs at work. What a scammer!

Habe im August 2025 zwei Jeans bestellt (um über € 700,—) Mitte Oktober noch immer keine Lieferung. Angeblich sind „Zollprobleme“ der Grund.
Aber eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises lehnt „das Management“ ab.
Also: Finger weg!!

I ordered an item since August and till now in October the item has not been delivered. The UPS tracking code I was sent had its last update in August with no estimated delivery date. I keep contacting the Customer care and their response remains I should wait. This is 2 months and I have no idea when the item will come. I’ve asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund but they refused, please stay away from them

Articolo che non corrisponde a descrizione . Acquistato una borsa con fodera interna maculata ma arrivata borsa con fodera interna completamente diversa dalla descrizione e dalle foto . Contattato servizio clienti e per ovviare al problema mi forniscono un voucher dal valore di una spedizione gratuita ( inutile in quanto è quasi sempre gratuita), nessuna scusa , nessun riferimento al problema riscontrato, solo un voucher inutile.
Morale della favola , servizio clienti PESSIMO, consiglio vivamente di evitare gli acquisti sul sito outlet!

I recently ordered a pair of sneakers and a leather jacket from Plein Outlet, and everything worked well.

Item hasnt shipped in over three weeks. You get the same crap email when you contact the by email. If you call the number you have a guy that lies to you the whole time. Its a fraudelent website.

Sind diese Artikel überhaupt original was die verkaufen

I am still waiting for a refund and it’s been more than one month they received the item,do not buy from them

Pongo una estrella porque no me da opción de poner cero . Llevo casi 3 meses esperando que me devuelvan el dinero de unos zapatos que les devolví porque me quedaron pequeños.. no paran de darme largas y me responden que están esperando respuesta de su equipo .. soy compradora habitual y esto me parece vergonzoso … estoy esperando respuesta de la plataforma por la cual realice el pago , después de eso les pongo una denuncia en la policía .
