Lamentable experiencia, soy cliente de Philips Plein desde hace mucho tiempo y nunca tuve problemas de calidad, el jueves 11 me llegaron unas zapatillas que estrene el 15 de diciembre en mi cumpleaños, las cuales me han destrozado el talón porque vienen con un fallo en la costura. Pues los señores des pues de 1000 de Hora ,para que respondan al teléfono, dictaminan que no me aceptan la devolución por qué las he usado dicho día , sin ni siquiera recogerlas para ver qué realmente es un problema de fabricación.creo que el servicio de atención al cliente y calidad dejan mucho que desear , estamos hablando de una marca top no de cualquier cosa.donde puedo poner fotos de los zapatos?

This company has serious customer service issues, and potential customers should be aware before placing an order.

I have attempted to contact them multiple times through every possible channel: phone calls, text messages, emails, and messages through their website. None were answered. There is zero communication and absolutely no follow-up.

I requested to cancel my order, and even that basic request was completely ignored. Once they take your money, it seems you are left on your own.

What is especially disappointing is that this is a premium-priced brand. When you charge high prices, customers rightfully expect professional support. Instead, you get silence and indifference.

After researching reviews, it is clear that many customers are experiencing the same problems — unanswered calls, ignored emails, undelivered products, and no resolution. This appears to be a pattern, not an isolated incident.

Until this company fixes its customer service and communication, I would strongly caution others before ordering from them.

Ich habe zum erstenmal in dem PleinOutlet eine Jacke gekauft und per Paypal bezahlt , Sonntag den 14 Dezember 25 gekauft und am 17 Dezember 25 angekommen sehr schnell und sehr gute Email Kommunikation !

Commande passée le 30 novembre, débitée le jour même , à ce jour rien reçu, même pas un mail de confirmation, malgré mes mails et tentatives d appels, sans réponse de leurs part, le cadeau était pour Noël, extrêmement déçu, je ne recommanderais plus sur leurs site

I ordered a pair of sneakers and they arrived in 11 days. Placed the order on 28'th of November and it arrived on 9'th of December (shipping updates from the delivery company included). Box was in good shape and the sneakers just like in the photos, they also had a nice bag inside the box to put them in and everything looked genuine - they were made out of leather so the leather smell was strong. Everything was real, no complaints and happy with my purchase - although I ordered before checking the reviews and got a little scared that might be a scam after finding that a lot of people had trouble ordering, but I just hopped for the best and it worked out in the end 😊

Pleinoutlet hat mir von 2 jacken die bestellt wurden nur eine geschickt und ingoriert seitdem e mails anrufe und beschwerde formulare auf der website sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und dann auch noch wenn es um so viel geld geht sehr sehr dreist.

Ho effertuato due ordini uno errato dove ho rjchiesto un rimborso arrivato subitissimo e l altro ordine di un paio di scarpe arrivate nei tempi previsti originalissime e bellissime!! Sito direi affidabile

X quanti riguarda spedizione tutto ok, ma la custodia dell orologio è graffiata e sembra ri seconda mano e l orologio non sono sicuro che è originale…in sintesi DA EVITARE QUESTO SITO

Die Abwicklung ist unmöglich!

Was ich mit dieser Bestellung erleben muss, ist einfach unfassbar!

Am 29. November 2025 habe ich eine Bestellung mit 2 Artikeln abgegeben und sofort über 1000,- Franken bezahlt. Die beiden Artikeln (Rock und Blazer) sind zusammen kombinierbar. Einzeln würde ich sie gar nicht kaufen.

Vor einer Woche habe ich den Rock erhalten. Seitdem warte ich auf die 2. Lieferung, die leider nie ankommt. Der Liefertermin wurde bereits x-Mal verschoben. Bis heute habe ich jeden Tag auf das Paket (aus Holand oder Polen?) gewartet. Mehrmals habe ich den Kundenservice angeschrieben. Keine Reaktion auf mein Anliegen, keine Kundenbetreuung!

Heute bekomme ich zu meiner Überraschung eine Nachricht, dass die Ware neu aus Kalifornien/US (!) versendet wird. Wie bitte, aus Amerika? Ausserdem zeigt die Sendungsverfolgung, dass das Paket von Lieferanten noch nicht einmal abgeholt wurde.

Einfach unverschämt, nochmals einen halben Monat auf die 2. Lieferung zu warten. Inzwischen sind die beiden Artikeln bei anderen Anbietern im Ausverkauf viel günstiger geworden. Und ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten, wofür ich bezahlt habe. Kurz vor Weihnachten wird die Lieferung besonders schwierig sein und viel länger dauern!

Nach solch einer Erfahrung würde ich lieber ganz auf die Lieferung verzichten und auf eine sofortige Rückerstattung hoffen. Ob das bei so einer Firma möglich ist, werde ich noch erleben müssen...

N'acheter pas sur le site Philipp Plein, des escrocs il travail avec votre argent et vous vous attendez votre colis qui n'arrivera jamais, juste votre remboursement une énorme arnaque à dénoncer, aucun suivi rien et pour ceux qui reçoivent leur commande elle n'est pas conforme, c'est abusé pour une marque de grande renommé honteux fuiyer....

I ordered a gift for Christmas, I only received the invoice but nothing after that, I sent emails and tried to contact them no answer! Worst brand to deal with! They ARE BIG SCAMMERS.

Leider verstehe ich das Konzept der Firma nicht. Da gibt es einen Designer, der Luxusmode und auch Luxusuhren (für 50.000,- €) auf den Markt bringt. Das Design kann man lieber oder hassen - egal.

Aber so wie das Geschäft umgesetzt wird, verärgert man die Kunden nur. Mondpreise mit jede Woche angeblich neuen Rabatten. Ich kann 70% + 20% schon nicht mehr lesen. Ohne 20% war es zuvor auch nicht teurer. Kein Bestpreis der letzten 30 Tage wird genannt. Und die Abwicklung ist grauenhaft. Ware kommt aus Holland, Anschrift ist eine Firma in der Schweiz. Schickt man es zurück, geht es nach Polen. Und heute warte ich bereits seit fast 2 Wochen auf eine Erstattung. Auf Mails bekommt man keine Antwort.

Also - wer T-Shirts für 500 € und Schuhe für über 1000 € verkaufen will, sollte sich um seine Kunden besser kümmern. So wird die Marke zerstört. Für 50.000 € kaufe ich lieber eine Patek Philippe oder Audemars Piguet - aber bestimmt keine Plein.

I ordered a pair of shoes in October 2nd. Received a wrong one and returned it. Waited till now for the correct one, with 50+ mails and now I received the new one, which are still not the same as my order. Really disappointed!
