I placed an order on Nov 25 and up to now January 16th 2026 is still being processed. They don’t reply either to my messages nor on the phone

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe in data 3 gennaio e ad oggi non sono ancora arrivate.
Probabilmente non le hanno nemmeno spedite.
Non posso saperlo, poichè non rispondono alle mie mail.
Prima ed ultima esperienza con loro.

Before many years it was my lovely brand and It's such a shame to have to deal with terrible service, delivery, and returns for the second time due to poor product quality and return processing. I've been waiting a month for refund. There's been no response to emails or calls. Terrible service, minus 100 rating! It's a shame the designer has such terrible marketing

Pessimo negozio, sconsiglio acquistare, perché è una truffa purtroppo, ho fatto 2 ordini, uno non è stato mai spedito, altro reso e dopo 1 mese ancora non è stato rimborsato.

Ordered a coat with a RRP of £1600 reduced to £338. I then decided to look at the reviews on here after it was too late, this was a big mistake. After reading all the negative reviews I thought I had been scammed. Coat arrived today, and I can only say how happy I am with my purchase. The quality of the coat is as you would expect, even the PP coat hanger looks and feels expensive. Glad I didn't read these reviews prior to making the order. Have Jeans and trainers coming tomorrow.

Concordo sulle mancate risposte alle e-mail, conferme o avvisi sulla spedizione
Però il giubbotto è arrivato dopo 5 giorni, apparentemente originale e di ottima qualità, e la taglia giusta
Quindi disorganizzati ma concreti, occhio perché certi commenti possono destabilizzare i prossimi acquirenti !

Ordine effettuato il 29 dicembre ad oggi 14 gennaio nonostante e-mail di sollecito non ho risposta assistenza e sito e marchio da abolire ridicoli

Ich habe in den letzten zwei Jahren mehrere Kleidungsstücke (Jacken, Schuhe, Sweatshirts) bestellt und nie Probleme mit Lieferung, Zahlung oder Retouren gehabt. Lieferung kam immer innerhalb von ein bis zwei Wochen, Retouren funktionieren ebenfalls völlig problemlos: Rücksendung anmelden, Retourenschein erhalten, Zurückschicken, Gutschrift erhalten. Die gelieferte Ware war jedesmal tadellos in Ordnung, an der Authentizität hege ich nicht den geringsten Zweifel und die Preise empfinde ich (im Gegensatz zu den regulären Preisen) als ziemlich angemessen. Jacken und Sweatshirts fallen im Allgemeinen etwas klein aus, daher bestelle ich immer XXL anstatt wie normalerweise XL. Ich kann den Store nur empfehlen und verstehe die ganzen negativen Bewertungen und Kommentare überhaupt nicht.

Avoid. Last two orders came with an item missing.
Emails remain unanswered and the phone number on website is not reachable.

30/11/2025 I order my item never arrived .phone they do not answer email they do not answer . My 384 euro is gone 😥what to do I do not know . Update !!!So today 13/1/26 they answer they will do me a refund. Just to mention I order many times this was the 1st time I had an issue. So I will change my stars to 4 after I have the money on my account

After 1 month from the date I made my order they sent me an email that they made a mistake and the product I ordered was out of stock. So I have been waiting for a refund for 15 days now.

A me è arrivato esattamente ciò che ho ordinato, nelle tempistiche stabilite ( purtroppo non rapidissime).
Il prodotto è assolutamente originale, anche perché chi spedisce ed emette fattura è una società svizzera con a capo philipp plein.

Truffatori, ho ordinato un giubbino il 26 novembre, ad oggi 7 gennaio non e’ arrivato niente, sto provando a chiamare tutti i giorni e mandare email ma nessuno risponde, sconsiglio di acquistare su questo sito!

I returned a pair of shoes that cost me over 2k kronor and they haven’t paid me back! And one of the orders didn’t even show up but I got a mail that it has been delivered WTF?! No one answers their phone so you can’t even reach them. I have sent 3 mails without response!! PLEIN YOU ARE MY FAVOURITE BRAND DON’T DO ME LIKE THIS!! Fake items , when you want return they sending documents with fake amount of money on papers and I will not return item because you never give money back in this moments I speaking with my bank and doing dispute to get money back with evidences of fake shoes.

Don’t order anyrhing from this brand(from personal experience)
I was order smaller size which they send it to me after 14 days and I could not refund cause an automatic reply said refundable only for 14 days
Since a week , i m trying to reach them by phone, emails , messages and nobady responds

These guys rip you off on their returns. The customer phone number never answers. The email requests they never answer back. dont buy anything from this site
i ordered a shirt it took a month to get it was too big when i went to return it. i just received it. when i put in for the return it came back i was past the 14 day return time. What BS. 4 calls with my messages and 4 emails to customer service and nothing

molto meglio acquistare su Farfetch, a volte ci sono sconti molto migliori di plein outlet e i suoi famosi (-70% -20%extra) che sono presenti tutto l’anno, almeno su Farfetch si ha la certezza che gli articoli arrivano e non che dopo 1 settimana dopo che gli mandi email per sapere tra quanto arrivano, ti rispondono che non sono più presenti in magazzino.
