ordered december till now nothing.
no customer service no phone no email reply nothing.Throwing 2.5k$ at this scammers.

Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Plein Outlet.

Die bestellten Schuhe wurden erst nach ca. 4 Wochen geliefert. Da dies deutlich länger war als erwartet, habe ich in der Zwischenzeit bereits andere Schuhe gekauft und die Bestellung ordnungsgemäß zurückgesendet.

Seit der Rücksendung sind nun über zwei Monate vergangen, jedoch habe ich bis heute keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Mehrere E-Mails blieben unbeantwortet, eine Reaktion des Kundenservice gab es überhaupt nicht.

Ein so langer Zeitraum ohne Rückzahlung und ohne jegliche Kommunikation ist aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel.
Ich kann diesen Shop daher leider nicht empfehlen.

Ad oggi dopo ben 2 mail e un messaggio tramite il sito non si sa ancora se mi sarà inviato o meno.
Vedo comunque che sono purtroppo in ottima compagnia.

Good day to you and good for you reading, hopefully before you make a purchase. I have spent a lot of money with this online store and have now realised the problem is if you need to return an item/s.
Firstly I placed a big order and received the goods. I kept around 50% of my order and returned the rest back to plein using their courier service, UPS.
I never received any more info, contact, receipt, absolutely nothing. I waited another week, tried contacting them through the site which proved incredibly difficult and got No response anyway. I phoned and phoned and phoned and to my surprise got an answer one day from a lady in Switzerland, well,I say lady but she was anything but from the start of the conversation, rude, abrupt, disrespectful considering I was a paying customer, anyway she told me they had received the returns and was trapped at there customs for some reason and assured me the refund would be back into my account as soon as possible ! Well this was a little more reassuring that they had actually confirmed the goods were with their customs, albeit I returned them mid December 25 and it is now Mid January 26 with their return/refunds policy being usually within 7 days of receipt and no longer than 30 days. I waited and another week passed, After 20 - 30 plus attempts at calling them and several emails that went unanswered I actually spoke with some abrupt miserable woman in Switzerland again who now explains they a have a technical error in the refund department ! I was shocked but was never to hopeful of even getting an answer so as least an excuse seemed not so bad, !!!!
I queried when the refund problem they had would be resolved and she said very soon, they are working on it !
I then asked why I get no response from their contact us form that seems to be the only other chance of getting anything in writing assuming you have the stamina hope grit and determination to resolve to actually complete the form correctly (They have made it this difficult on purpose, Yes As DIFFICULT as possible), Her answer was well we get thousands of these so we don’t have the time to deal with such trivia, we have more important return issues to deal with, absolutely astonishing when they charge so much !!!
Anyhow it is now coming up to Mid February 26 and even after several emails threatening Court Action, The Ombudsman, Small Claims Court etc I still have No more acknowledgment from them, No Apologies , No Explanations other than the ones described above which are obviously Fob Off tactics hoping you will lose the will to live and leave them alone to enjoy the monies they ripped you off for!
I am now considering booking a Skiing holiday to Switzerland so I can go and have a face to face chat with the rich miserable lady in the Swiss office and I can’t even Ski yet. Where there’s a will, there’s a way!!!

Die Lieferung war unvollständig, alle Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Ich werde um mein Geld oder meine Ware zu bekommen einen Anwalt einschalten müssen.

Der shop ist gefährlich und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich warte seit fast zwei Monaten auf mein Geld.
Trotz erfolgreicher Retoure inklusive Einlieferungsbeleg wurde mir der bereits bezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet.
Ich weiß wirklich nicht mehr weiter.
Ich werde dort definitiv nie wieder bestellen.
Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, auf E-Mails wird ebenfalls nicht reagiert.
Am Ende blieb mir nichts anderes übrig, als den PayPal-Käuferschutz einzuschalten erst danach wurde der Fall zu meinen Gunsten entschieden.

I bought shoes and paid $316.83.
They sent me shoes that were one size too big. !!! So I returned the shoes and requested a refund.
I waited a month for the refund without success. Since I didn't know the website, I bought the shoes through PayPal. So I asked PayPal to intervene to get my money back.
After another two weeks, I received a refund of $278.72.
So I'm asking, where is my $38.11 ?

So i ordered about 1month ago already t-shirt and hoodie, thank god i made them in seperate orders the t-shirt came quick everything good and fine, but hoodie never was shipped nothing, they dont answer emails no phone calls when you try call the number from the website, its disgusting how bad this experience can be, love the brand, but this is the last time i order from this website, trying to cancel my order with klarna at the moment, but they are like ghost, on top of that I HAD TO PAY EXTRA 15EUROS for the " shipping " which was NEVER SENT TO ME, and klarna told me to contact them to get the 15euros back, well we will see what will happen from here now, i paid the 15euros today so hopefully it will be fixed on klarna soon as possible jesus what a fiesta this website is. Dinero será devuelvo en un plazo de 10 a 30 días, vamos como servicio devolución venta online no tienen ni idea, por qué NINGÚN comercio tarda tanto, llamo atención al cliente a un número en Barcelona y te contesta una mujer que parece que estuviera durmiendo sin aliento alguno, y llame el número de suiza y lo mismo, esta gente trabaja con el dinero de las personas y lo devuelve cuando le da la gana

I ordered 1 jacket 16 days ago (Jan 11th 2026). Nothing has been processed yet. No one is replying to emails or via contact form on the website. I am filing a chargeback with my bank. I hope the amount of chargeback shut down their business, which is possible seeing all the bad reviews recently.

Die Email Adresse vipatpleinoutlet.com sollte geändert werden in esinteressiertunseinenscheissatpleinoutlet.com Kann über die App keine Retoure anlegen da das System offenbar die 14 Tage auf das Bestell und nicht das Lieferdatum rechnet. Ich hatte vor 2 Jahren aus anderem Grund den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Man bekommt damals wie heute null Reaktion auf Emails, nicht nach Tagen und auch Wochen. Liebe Firma Plein, das ist eine Frechheit. 2,3 Tage von mir aus aber gar keine Reaktion? Euer Ernst?

Ordered trainers for a Christmas present they arrived fine but were too small. I ordered the correct size and returned the others. The returned trainers were received into their warehouse on 28.11.25 but as of 24.01.26 I haven’t been refunded (£250+) despite numerous emails to Customer Services with no response and no answer from the phone line. Please don’t order from this site they are a scam.

No one answered the email! I can't believe that this is such a well-known brand and that they are not responding ! My sweater was sent exactly one month after ordering! And I really love it ! If you ask me for recommendations I would say no ! But I was happy with my order !

I ordered from them on 18-11-2025, paid by card and received confirmation. I have not received my paid order yet. I have written to them by email many times, without a response from them. I have also tried to contact the customer service number they have provided (+41 435507608), no one answers.
In my opinion, the site is a SCAM
I have notified the law enforcement authorities in Switzerland about the case, I hope they will take action

Assistenza zero,rimborso tempi interminabili.Pacco rispedito più di 20 giorni fa e ancora nessun rimborso,manco a paypal rispondono.Assitenza inesistente,devi per forza chiamare,alle email non rispondono manco dopo una settimana.Acquisto una felpa dopo una settimana nessuna spedizione,devo chiamare io per chiarimenti e mi sento dire che il prodotto non è disponibile anche se sul sito mi da la disponibilità,mah cosa dire forse era un’azienda seria un po di anni fa ma non lo è più.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Ich bin neu Kunde und gleich am Anfang haben sie mich verloren. Kundenservice gleich null. Rückerstattung null Anzeige. Ich musste gegen klagen damit ich meine bezahlten 5000 Euro zurück erstattet bekomme ! So ein Sauladen nie wieder 🤮🤮🤮🤮
