Ringede lige til dem i forhold til det abbonemnet der, hvor jeg opgraderede til premium for 286 kr og at jeg ikke kan bruge streamingfunktionen fordi mit internet er for dårligt og om de kunne nedgradere mig til det lidt billigere abbonemnet.
De ville have jeg skulle have pengene refunderede og så købe det igen. Det vil jeg jo så gøre samme dag og pludselig er det abbonemnet der var mindre end premium abbonemnet pludselig dyrer for mig at opgradere til og kostede 305 kr. Hvis jeg ville opgradere tilbage til premium skulle jeg nu betale 500 kr for det.
Så snakkede jeg med dem nu her og så var de sådan, at det er selvfølgelig mega ærgeligt at jeg ikke kan få abbonemnet til den pris mere men, at de har gjort alt efter bogen og bla bla. Så sagde jeg til dem, at jeg havde givet samtykke til at de kunne optage samtalen så i kan jo bare gå ind og lytte til vores samtale, hvor jeg spørger om jeg så bare kan gå ind og købe abbonemnet til den pris der, hvor han siger ja.
Og så siger ham her jeg snakkede med nu. Amen, sådan noget må de ikke og så spurgte jeg så, hvad meningen med at optage en samtale så er. Det kunne han ikke svare på.
Så sagde jeg bare, at det virker lidt som om at jeg er blevet taget med bukserne nede fordi jeg får refunderede de her penge og 30 min efter der skal jeg så næsten betale dobbelt for at opgradere til et andet abbonemnet. Tak for ingenting
Playstation (NO) support
They make it so hard to get the help you need and you don't get any kind of 'support' at all. All they care about it taking your money. I ourchased the wrong version of a game and jist because i've downloaded it they refuse to help refund me so I can purchase the correct version. I wont be using the Playstation store to buy any future games, i'm glad I have the disk version.

Yep it fell on deaf ears yet again! Being mentally ill I find it very distressing when I'm getting warned because of others being idiots! Well get lost PlayStation and your pathetic service.

Ik heb meerdere losse controllers gekocht. Nieuw in de verpakking, geseald aangekomen. Er is niet 1 controller zonder fabrieksfouten in de knoppen. Knoppen zijn zwak, lamme feedback of slechte reactiviteit. Vanuit de FABRIEK
Erg slecht voor een simpele controller met een relatief hoge prijs. Deze slechte kwaliteit heeft mij veel tijd en energie gekost. En veel frustratie.
Terrible customer support
Having to connect with a live agent is unbeareable, especially with the time difference. The waiting time is so bad, it appears that they don’t even have a queuing system or and the “5mins” wait time is such a scam. How can a multi-billion dollar company have the worst customer support? Its really terrible. Very very bad.

I've been a customer since PS1 ...I now own a PS5. I have never ever asked for a refund for any online purchase ever. I spoke to Alex in customer service over the phone and he updated me on the policy as far as returns go. I explained to him that I was unaware that I had a 14 day window to make a return. I asked if there was anything they could do to help, they said no. I then talk to a online rep and told them my case #50263534 and they said the same thing. I told them before this escalates to a review are they sure they wanted to take this ride and here I am...Im hard but fair and I would say "Great Company" no compassion and piss poor customer service. I'm a dedicated PlayStation consumer...but so disappointed.
Not a trustworthy company
I bought my son robux and immediately took my card info off as I always do. He had a sleepover and the next morning I wake up to a fraud alert and every penny was gone in my account…I reached out to PlayStation support right away asking for a refund and to take back the items that were bought without my consent, they said no sorry we can’t do that because it’s been downloaded and had an excuse for everything. I had no money for food for my kids and they didn’t care and were extremely rude. I reached out for weeks and than finally after reaching out again they said sorry can’t help you because it’s been over 14 days even though I reached out the following morning. Be careful when removing you’re card because it said card sincerely removed but when I went back in that morning my card was back up and it actually took me 5 more times of signing in and out until the card truly was removed. Not trusting company!!!!!

I was on the phone for less than 15 minutes and we got my problem sorted. The worker knew exactly what to do and was kind, patient and very helpful. Great service and a great company.

Downloaded a game $50. It said I needed a patch, another $30. After all this, it said I needed a subscription. Tried to get refund for all this inert code, but they wouldn't because I downloaded it.

How does a multi-billion-dollar company not have a customer support email? Seriously, PlayStation, you’ve taken my money and there’s no clear way to contact you to get it back. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
Customer support should be the bare minimum, yet it feels impossible to actually reach a real person when something goes wrong. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in PlayStation.
At this point, PlayStation is dead to me. Might be time for everyone to switch to Xbox.
They only want your money
When you buy a game from them and it doesn't work, they wont refund you. better off with PC and steam. I have been a PS customer over Xbox since the first PlayStation. FU SONY, you have lost my business forever.

Bulgaria Ps store - no deal tab
Our Playstation store in Bulgaria has been left without a deals tab for over 2 months (since dec 2025) due to the transition to euro January 2026. After the transition the prices are off the charts and there are still no deals (no Christmas deals, no new year deals, no January sale, no critics choice deals...). Support doesn't reply on their Facebook page for over a month now (it's like the page is dead). I tried chatting - the chatbot is completely useless, I tried calling got hanged on multiple times before finally reaching support that told me that they know but don't have a date for a resolution. I understand Bulgaria is far from a priority for Sony, but they could at least make an official statement! Anything at all instead of radio silence !
