Playstation is so disconnected from…

Playstation is so disconnected from their customers its ridiculous...auto pay set up a year ago amd forgot about it and they charged me 134.99 for year sub 1 day after charging my account I tried to reverse it and they said they wouldn't do it ...havent used my Playstation in 8 months and it doesnt matter to Playstation because they've helped me once before back in 2022...horrible how they treat their own customers

The seller canceled my order so my shoes will get refunded in 5-7 business days so as of now I don't have shoes or money yet...by the time I reorder them it will be too late because I leave mid August and all stockx offered was 15 dollar discount code...not worth shopping here
