Horrible Console, Worse Customer Service

My sons playstation just went black, turned itself on and wont turn back on just weeks after the 1 year warranty was up. We took it to a repair shop that tells us it is not economical to repair, contact playstation and have gotten nothing but the runaround with no solution. We need to provide a year old receipt and then were told once we do that they may or may not look at it but no gaurantee they will help at all.

Refund not received

I am due a refund for an order which was returned to sender due to a mistake made by my local postal service. Customer service and I agreed on the refund and I received a message saying I should have the refund in 3-15 business days, it has been a month and still nothing. When I email I keep getting told to please give them more time.

I placed an order for a gift basket and…

I placed an order for a gift basket and it showed the price for one basket, I put in my credit card info and processed the order. I then checked my online credit card statement and it showed that I was paying double so I went back into my Bloomex account to see what happened and it had processed the order twice. I did a live chat with them which took half an hour to get an agent and another half an hour for her to come back and tell me "We officially do not make any changes before Christmas, but most likely production will confirm your change, because it is clearly a mistake." So now I don't know if my cousin is going to receive 2 baskets or if they are going to correct the bill.
