I had placed an order for Playseat Trophy but decided to upgrade to Playseat Formula. I got in touch with Customer Service and they were super helpful throughout in helping upgrade my order and processing it instantly. My seat was shipped the very same day. Super happy with the effort.

I ordered a Playseat Trophy recently and I am really happy with the service, speed of delivery and the product itself.

I actually ended up paying tax at checkout and then having to pay tax when the item cleared customs in the UK, however one simple email to the support team and they had actioned a refund and the money was returned to me within a day or two.

The playseat Trophy was easy to put together and suits me perfectly. I don't have the room for a dedicated setup so am able to split the chair in two (seat and pedals seaprate) when I can't use it, to put it away. When I do get chance to use it though it's only a couple of screws to do up and i'm sat in a really solid cockpit.
I've used the seat on a few longer endurance races and it is very comfortable. The wheel deck is limited in adjustment but i've seen a few people mount the wheel deck either back to front and/or upside down to allow for more height and depth customisation.

Overall very happy and would definately order again from the Playseat Store.

I had trouble using my credit card on the website, Lucas was very helpful and got an order set up for me as quickly as could be expected and I was taken care of in about a day.

Ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen einen Playseat Evolution - Black Active Fit bestellt.
Zum Produkt: Der Zusammenbau war sehr einfach und auch gut beschrieben. Wirklich positiv ist die Qualität des Produktes, gemessen am Preis. Auch die Standfestigkeit während des Fahrens ist sehr gut und der Sitzkomfort ist durchaus gut.

Zur Lieferung: Die Lieferung wurde auf 4 Tage terminiert, allerdings kam das Paket erst am folgenden Tag ohne Uhrzeit Angabe und die Live-Verfolgung über die Seite von FedEx hat leider auch nicht funktioniert. Dieser minimale Kritikpunkt hat allerdings nur was mit dem Lieferanten zu tun und nicht mit dem Produkt.

Ich kann das Produkt und den Kauf nur weiter empfehlen und deshalb gibt es 5 Sterne.

Great product - customer service was very easy to deal with, helped me with my order all the way in Canada to ensure a seamless ordering and delivery experience. Love that this allowed me to build a rig exactly to the same specs as what the F1 drivers are using in their homes as well!

Ordered a Playseat which turned out to be out of stock, however Jeroen updated me very quickly and made the process easier to find a replacement.

The seat I bought is very comfortable and has shown no signs of wear in the months I've used it. I am over 6ft and the seat felt perfect, with the adjustable pedals I can imagine it working for a range of heights both taller and shorter. The chair is easy to fold up and store if not being used. The mat I bought has also done a good job in absorbing the marks that may be made on hard floor, or dents that would appear in carpet.

Top tier product which I wholly recommend.
