Reliable site, as well as the products for sale. I don't discover the Playseat brand, it is synonymous with reliability and research. I bought a Playseat Trophy, and am very happy with my experience. Customer support guided me in the purchase with competence and a lot of kindness. It was a positive experience in all its aspects.

Ich hatte schon mehrere Playseat- Produkte. Angefangen habe ich mit dem Playseat Challenge in Kombination mit dem Fanatec CSL Elite. Zwischenzeitlich bin ich auf den Playseat- Formula in Kombination mit dem Fanatec Podium umgestiegen. Ergänzt habe ich das Setup um den TV Stand Pro. Die Preise sind knackig, jedoch bekommt man etwas für sein Geld. Wenn ich mir etwas wünschen darf: Ein bisschen mehr Stabilität. Sonst bin ich happy und bin top zufrieden! Auch die Lieferung geht schnell.

Top. Hatte schon einen Seat welchen ich verkauft habe um einen anderen zu testen aber es gibt leider nichts was an den playseat ran kommt!

Ich konnte mich ohne Probleme als Gast anmelden und per Paypal bezahlen. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und schnell und das bestellte Produkt ist nun auf dem Weg zu mir, bei einer Lieferzeit innerhalb von einer Woche, von der Bestellung bis zur vorraussichtlichen Zustellung.

I am a first time gamer that’s became engrossed with F1 racing about 4 years ago. My family recognized it and acquired the F1 game with the appropriate equipment yet I didn’t have the right seat to round it out. The folks at PlaySeat have been the most supportive and responsive to my questions as I worked my way through the seat selection process. Customer Service is top notch. Helpful and quick. I looked into a LOT of companies and sim cock pits, but Playseat offers a better looking and more robust product that doesn't take up half of your room and looks aesthetically displeasing.

Hallo Zusammen. Ich kann lediglich über den Support berichten, das das Produkt leider noch nicht angekommen ist. Ich hab auf der deutschen playseat Seite einen Stuhl bestellt und erhielt leider die Nachricht, dass der Stuhl ausverkauft sei. Jedoch wurde mir im Anschluss gleich angeboten, dass die Kollegen aus Spanien noch einen bzw. mehrere auf Lager hätten und sie mit meinen Einverständnis meine Lieferadresse weiter geben würden. Ich stimmte dem zu und bekam eine E-mail vom spanischen Kollegen (auf englisch natürlich). Durch Umstände bekam ich mein geld wieder zurücküberwiesen und sollte das Geld auf ein Spanisches Konto überweisen. Einen Tag später bekam ich schon die Nachricht vom Zulieferer, dass mein Sitz unterwegs sei.

Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, da ich finde, dass man kein Produkt online anbieten sollte, wenn es nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Und nebenbei, bei der Bestellung stand auf der Deutschen Seite dran, dass noch ein Stuhl verfügbar sei. Mit dem Stern abzug bin ich sehr gnädig, da es für mich jetzt kein großes Problem war. Ich denke andere hätten dieses Problem anderst bewertet.

Die Lieferung kam einen Tag früher als geplant, was mich schon happy gemacht hat, weil ich echt heiß auf den Stuhl war.
Es sitzt sich super gut, sehr bequem und der Zusammenbau war auch relativ gut.
Der Rahmen ist einen Hauch verzogen, sodass er an einem Standpunkt n paar Millimeter überm Boden ist, was aber beim Sitzen wegen dem Gewicht natürlich verschwindet.

2 Schraublöcher sind beim handfesten Anziehen der Schrauben leider kaputt gegangen und einige Löcher (habe es nicht gezählt) sind mit den schraublöchern nicht komplett übereinander, was beim Zusammenbau für n bisschen Schweiß und Sorgen gesorgt hat, weil ich natürlich auch nichts mit Gewalt machen wollte, da ich ja evtl. was kaputt machen hätte können. Letztenendes ist der Stuhl aber zusammengebaut und hält natürlich auch :D

This mount is rock solid. Has all the tools you need to install it. And once installed, it will not budge...

But Playseat severely screwed up on the G29 gear shift knob instructions.

I’ve just spent close to an hour trying to figure this thing out, but I have arrived at a solution.

1) You must remove the outer leg clamps.

2) And this is absolutely necessary. You must remove the center clamp by removing the four screws. Otherwise, the clamp does not work with these items still attached.

The instructions/diagram depict taking the outer leg clamps off, without saying so (dumb).

But the center piece? Yeah. Totally negligent there. And on top of that, the picture depicts installing it backwards—cable running towards you instead of away from you.

So basically the “G” symbol is upside down as you look at it.

So in the end I managed to install it, but the directions are crap.

Recommend this for the Playseat Trophy, but if you have a G29, you're gonna have to remove some parts.

ebenfalls stabil und macht einen guten Eindruck.Der Stoff (in meinem Fall Actifit) ist sauber vernäht und macht einen "luftigen" Eindruck, die Schriftzüge sind gestickt.

Sehr einfach/ leicht verständlich.

Alles in allem sieht der Sitz sehr hochwertig aus und ist wirklich super verarbeitet!
