charge me even after 2 years shutting down my game server, wtf?

I really admire how easy and efficient it is to use.
My experience is beyond satisfied.
I'm just wondering is there anyway where i can add mods to the server? (I use free server btw)

I like the free server i got the ads aint so bad and i can play with my friends. And for dummies like me is easy to understand it. Now i can enjoy my favorite game (project zomboid) with my friend. THANK YOU GAMING4FREE

J'ai utilisé un serveur GRATUIT pour Terraria de façon a pouvoir jouer avec mes amis et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu,a part quelques crash/rollback c'est parfait

Servers do not lag most of the time. However I tried buying another server, they took my money and invoice says unpaid. Support seems non-existant, at least in the billing department, for they have not responded to me for 2 days now. Hire more people or something..

2GB free server at the time. had to be renewed by anyone who had access to keep the server online
suppport through discord took long sometimes but staff was friendly and supportive
i can only set the date of experience to 2023 but i had the server as early as 2021 with a couple of friends

Deleted my server even though I paid on time, because they are in a different time zone and lost all my data.

I used them for hosting my Palword game server. I understood issues with them to begin with.

Sure I gave them a pass in the beginning, the RAM alotment and how many users they advertised being able to host was a lie. Eventually they made CPU usage unlimited, but you can't trust what they advertise. I bought the mid tier, since that is said to support 4 people. Sadly, it kept crashing with 4 because of RAM being over used.

In all honesty, what pissed me off was that even though TOS says 7 days, nowhere is it mentioned you were stuck to Norway time. So when the 6th day rolls around, they are on the 7th.

What ticks me off is that, there is no notice your data has been deleted. There is no notice your service has been terminated. Instead, they took my money and just said nothing. Even though Invoice shows paid, all my data and services are terminated.

This is pretty much a "we will take your money and don't care if we loose your data"

If I had notice, sure. If not. Well then I'm pissed off. Instead, at least how I understand it, Suspension and termination are synonymous.
