Ursprünglich wollte ich den FORMULA INTELLIGENCE BLACK ordern. Zu meinem Glück war dieser zum Bestellzeitpunkt ausverkauft, denn der neu angekündigte FORMULA INTELLIGENCE F1 EDITION gefiel mir optisch um Welten besser.
Der Zusammenbau war wirklich einfach. Leider war dem PLAYSEAT keine Anleitung beigefügt, sodass ich die Schrauben selbst zuordnen musste. Da ich handwerklich versiert bin war das jedoch kein Problem für mich, weshalb ich dennoch fünf Sterne vergebe.
Der F1 EDITION macht qualitativ einen sehr guten Eindruck. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden.

Dont buy anything from them if you are oversea. Slow service, inconvenience for buyer, everything suck. You have to pay 300 euro extra duty free, fill out import form by yourself, wait for 1 month til it to be delivered. So stupid.

Ich habe mir einen Playseat Sensation Pro bestellt, der auch in der angegebenen Lieferzeit geliefert worden ist. Die Qualität ist wie man es bei Playseat erwartet sehr gut. So weit war die Abwicklung also erst einmal in Ordnung. Leider sind bei einem Bauteil zwei Gewinde defekt gewesen und somit konnte ich den Sitz erst einmal nicht zusammenbauen. Also Playseat angeschrieben und siehe da, am nächsten Tag hatte ich schon eine Antwort das man sich darum kümmern werde. Kurz darauf erhielt ich eine weiter E-Mail, das ich schnellstmöglich Ersatz bekommen würde. Innerhalb von 5 Tagen habe ich das Ersatzteil geliefert bekommen. Da kann ich nur sagen TOP Service!

Before ordering the product. I asked by email about the possibility of delivery. I was informed of the delivery price and told that it would take only two days and the goods would be shipped.
It didn't happen!
I paid the price of the product + shipping. They did not respond for a long time, then it was good that they canceled the order and the money was not fully returned.
The commission may have been taken by their bank or they did not fully refund it.
But it doesn't matter.

Pay attention to the bad reviews, who has a sad experience.

Usually sites without the exact address of the seller and legal documents are the first thing that causes concern.

there are no phones or contacts with them, except for email.
It's dangerous!

They now assisted me for a refund and I‘m waiting for my money :)

Horrible customer service
1. No updates regarding shipping and no correspondance
2. When I tried to login to my account it shows ID and password don't match and when I request for a new password they redirect to the login link again
3. Their live chat never works and they take forever to respond to any mails

Being a great racing fan and a casual gamer, I was always attracted to Playseat products but since i lived quite far, somewhere in the Indian Ocean (Mauritius), it was not easy to have them shipped in my island without spending a fortune. I was however lucky to attend a conference in NL for 1 week and this is where it all started with my experience with Playseat. Playseat staff (Jeroen and team) made sure that products that i bought would be delivered to my hotel in NL during my short visit and this is exactly what happened. Extremely happy with the service and products. Highly recommended.

Here we are again... About a year ago I purchased a Red Bull themed Evolution from Playseat. Then found out they take your money while they lied about availability. Then over the next 2-3 MONTHS I am trying to get into contact with the company rarely getting a bullsh*t update like ' it will ship next week" or what ever. After I FINALLY get my play seat after NEEDING TO PAY INPORT FEES because they dont charge you shipping, OH WAIT THEY DO they charged ~$50 for me. I get my fannatic gear on it and immediately realize that the center pillar that holds the forcefeedback and wheel was not up to the quality I expect. It has lots of movement making competitive racing difficult. Fast forward to now, and that Pillar is broke, the tube that slides on the rail have metal tearing, the pillar is more or less useless now. 1 year ? Really? I payed $600+ for this seat and it lasted 1 year? I try getting into contact with support to maybe get a replacement pillar. I emailed the EU, and NA branches contact live support message social media accounts... WHO ELSE AM I SUPPOSTED TO CONTACT? No response, even though they have '5 min response time' plastered all over their websites... Now for the JUICY part. My negative review that I posted about a year ago is the ONLY reason I even received my playseat because playseat sent me a message asking if their was anything they could do that would prompt me to "change" my review... 1 you wasted my time not once but twice now 2 you cost me money(once for the import fee and Now again I have to either buy material and fix it myself or buy another sim system)

I will never, NEVER, buy another thing from playseat. I will gladly go to their competitors and buy their product while simultaneously recommending anyone that asks to stay as far as humanly possible from this company that operates on shady sales and marketing tactics. I have seen too many reddit posts saying that they ordered playseats and either didnt get them for weeks/months or straight up never got their products.
Now I get to enjoy looking at my broken sim system while having no money to replace it. Thank you playseat for educating me on why its important to buy quality products cause now I feel beyond stupid for buying your product purely because it had a big name and a connection to F1 ESPORTS.

Habe einen Playseat FIA Pro bestellt und eine XL Matte, habe als erhaltungsdatum den 31.08 bekommen. Am besagten Datum kam aber nur die Matte, also habe ich mich an den Support gewendet. Dieser ist zwar nur auf englisch ,aber das ist wie ich finde kein Proplem. Als ich dann nachgefragt habe kam auch relativ schnell eine Antwort und sie haben mir ehrlich gesagt das sie das Paket vergessen haben zu verschicken. Sie haben das Paket dann am selben Tag noch verschickt und es sollte in den nächsten paar Tagen kommen. Also ist zwar dumm gelaufen aber immerhin kümmern sie sich schnell drum wenn man etwas nachhackt und geben auch eine ehrliche Antwort.

Produit très bien emballe, belle finition, très bonne qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter.

After a week that I placed the order and a couple of complaints, they have answered that they do not have stock but that they hope to have it shortly. It's a shame, at all times on the web it appeared in stock.

I was nervous about ordering such a fairly high cost item from so far away and overseas… but just a couple chats and emails with Jeroen and all my worries disappeared! It even looks like my Playseat Sensation Pro will only take a week to get here! (Netherlands to Florida, USA) VERY kind customer service that is willing to do what is necessary to make the transaction work smoothly! I absolutely recommend this company!

It was a great buying experience. Seller was really kind, answer all my doubts really fast and shipping after payment also was really really fast. All the time was in contact to be sure everything was well. Really recomendable store.
