I like the 4 knobs I eventually purchased…

I like the 4 knobs I eventually ended up buying. If I'd only ordered these, I'd have no issue with the service.

However when we were ordering samples, I ordered 1 of 4 different designs, spent a few evenings with my wife making a decision on what hardware to put across 25+ cabinets/drawers only to find out that the lines we'd chosen were now discontinued. Just felt like a bit of a waste of time when they could simply note on the site "last few" or words to that effect so that this doesn't happen.

Total satisfaction

The product is first rate, the ordering and delivery exceptional and the price was reasonable.
Good product, great company.

Brilliant efficient service

Brilliant efficient service! There was an issue with one of the lights which was replaced without hesitation.

The lights are wonderful so very pleased with my experience at Pooky. Would certainly shop there again.

Excellent service from Plank Hardware

Excellent service from Plank Hardware. I bought kitchen cabinet knobs from Plank but a couple of months later needed another one .. and found they had been discontinued. I asked whether there was maybe one spare somewhere and literally next day was told that one had been found. Brilliant!
