MY husband got me a Ring Keeper from Pixie Wing for my birthday last year and it has been around my neck ever since. It is absolutely gorgeous and luckily goes with everything because I’m unwilling to swap it out for a different necklace even for a short time. A couple of weeks ago I snagged the necklace and broke the chain. I was honestly shocked I managed to break it after my children (I have two boys under 2yrs old) have pulled on it multiple times and had no issues, but needless to say I was devastated. (I will say this chain is of a quality that you’re not going to miss when it breaks because something will have to yank it pretty forcefully from around your neck.)
I reached out to Pixie Wing to ask how I could go about replacing my chain because I use this multiple times a day. When I do dishes, bake, cook, and do any sort of cleaning that I wear gloves for or otherwise expose my hands to anything other than soap I like to make sure my ring isn’t being well out of the danger zone and secure around my neck. If I set my ring down anywhere I am guaranteed to walk away without it. It truly is a gift I use frequently and it was a rough few days without it while waiting on the new chain.
Did I mention they replaced my chain FOR FREE?! I was so surprised but so grateful. It’s an amazing product and an amazing company.
Can you get a super cheap version on Amazon? Yeah, but remember that this is absolutely an instance where you are going to get what you pay for. The quality of the Pixie Wing product is unmatched and their customer support is top tier.
Do yourself a favor and invest in the only necklace you’ll ever want to wear again.

My chain had broken recently. I messaged in and Lesley was quick to respond verifying my address. I was looking to purchase a replacement but Pixie Wings sent me a replacement at no charge.

Their product is great, but their support is even greater. Its fast and smooth as well as empathetic.

I bought a necklace as a gift but unfortunately didn't receive it. I contacted PW to let them know what had happened and if it was returned to them could they let me know. PW responded same day and they were fantastic, couldn't have been more helpful. Really am grateful for their support and excellent level of service.

The process to buy it was super simple, it arrived beautifully packaged and is perfect for my job in early childhood. The chain extender helps keep my ring tucked safely in my shirt away from toddler fingers and playdough and close to my heart! Definitely recommend pixie wing 🥰

I love the Ring Keeper necklace - it's exactly what I've always needed for my rings. I heard about it from a friend. And I've also bought one for another friend.

Yesterday I saw that my necklace had gotten a deep scratch in the gold. So I sent an email with a complaint (and we have 2 year warranty). They were very quickly to respond and send me a new necklace as a replacement.
I'm very grateful for the amazing service and kindness from them.

I had the wrong colour necklace shipped to me. I contacted them and they almost immediately got back to me and shipped me the correct product. They were very apologetic for the mix-up, and let us keep the original necklace that was sent to us by mistake. This was easily one of the smoothest and most enjoyable customer experiences I have went through! The necklaces are beautiful, high quality, and work so perfectly.
