I ordered the Arca necklace and GREAT product! The necklace shipped out quickly and delivered quickly. The packaging was also super nice and not your generic necklace box. I love the quality of the necklace and my rings are safely secured.

I had an issue with my partners 18k white gold-plated Pixie Wing necklace purchased nearly 2 years ago. Unfortunately, it began to visibly tarnish, and the chain snapped within the warranty period. I contacted Pixie Wing and their customer service was fantastic from start to finish. They were quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and made the warranty process incredibly easy.

They organised a replacement 18k white gold-plated necklace without any hassle, which was greatly appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind its products and takes care of its customers when something goes wrong.

Amazing ringkeepers. Both I and my husband wears and uses ours daily. We've had them for over a year now and they still look like new. They're also strong, our now one year old has been pulling on them many, many times and a product of lesser quality would have broken a long time ago (iykyk) but this piece of jewellery is not even dented. Both me and my husband love it! Would recommend to anyone who wears rings and also washes their hands thoroughly.
