2 times got my account that i bought from them password changed or needed to pair with the original nintendo switch. First time they gave me a new account. Second time (within a month) they said i had no warrenty anymore. So i cant get any refund or new game. (They basically gave me a broken account that i cant pair)
Never buy from them!

Complete scam. Downloaded a game which didn't work approx 10 times, kept having to resetup. After a year it has now stopped working saying I no longer have access and they are trying to say that's not in warranty....even though they sold me a game that was supposed to work for life not one year of access? So now I have lost all progress on my game and need to buy it from a real company.

Erst funktionierte der Code nicht, nach langem hin und her habe ich einen neuen erhalten. Konnte ich aber auch nicht nutzen, da man dafür die Konsole mit der ursprünglichen Konsole einmal verbunden haben muss, was ja nicht geht.
Habe dann einen dritten Code erhalten. Den konnte ich dann aber auch nicht nutzen, weil meine Konsole in der Zwischenzeit permanent gebannt wurden ist. 42,00€ für die Tonne, Kundenservice meldet sich seit Oktober 2025 nicht mehr.
Investiert das Geld lieber in ein physisches Spiel, dann habt ihr in Zukunft keine Probleme.

Grosse arnaque, le process d’obtention des codes est très flou et très compliqué. Malgré les prix attractifs je vous déconseille fortement d’acheter sur cette plate-forme. J’ai perdu mon achat sans aucune solution. Vraiment nul !!

This company sold me an account for a game which had extensive issues requiring multiple new accounts to be issued. After a year they sold the account again locking me out then refused to help. They have refused to reply to multiple emails and left me high and dry. Do not use under any circumstances.

Be careful with this site. These are scammers. They ask you to connect a Nintendo account on your Switch. This is illegal, and you don’t get an original serial number. SCAMMERS

I was able to contact support no problem and they were SUPER fast in resolving my issue, I will say doing it on a phone is a little spotty, but logging into my pc was super easy. Will definitely use them again in the future. DESPITE what other reviews say, I had no problems at all.

Don't buy from here. As someone who made the mistake to buy a Nintendo game from them, they use a method that needs the Console where the game was originally bought on and your current Console to be close. This obviously isn't possible. Upon contact they state that Its not the account bought, and refused my refund request. They couldn't care less to help you and the warranty means nothing as they dont hold up to it.

I'm equally disappointed in G2A who allows them to sell there.

All sales are final at purchase they don’t actually sell codes to games. They sell accounts that have the game on them. Plus it gets your console banned. Don’t waste your money. Also don’t buy anything from G2A. Basically there’s no way to be refunded if you aren’t happy with your purchase.

They give me like 7 accounts because the game keep disconnecting from the accounts, now they say the warranty is void so i lose access to the game i have purchase , scammed.

I had a problem with my game on my switch that I bought. After contacting online support the issue was quickly resolved within a few minutes.

Spart euch das Geld oder Spendet es lieber an ein Heim oder ähnliches.
Mein Geld sehe ich nicht wieder gemäss Kundendienst.
