Ich habe über G2A einen Product Key kaufen wollen der mir als Bundle mit einem DLC angezeigt wurde. Erst nach dem Kauf wurde klar, dass es sich um 2 verschiedene Anbieter handelt. Während der DLC ein product key war, war das Spiel selbst ein Account, den man auf der Konsole installieren soll, um das Spiel auf die Konsole zu laden. Dies wurde aber erst auf der Seite, auf der man den Code runterladen sollte durch ein "Achtung, Sie haben einen Account und keinen Product Key erworben" klargestellt. Der zweite Anbieter hat nach Erläuterung des Problems sofort die Rückerstattung angeboten. Pixelpuffin hingegen antwortet mir "No Chance" und versteht unter Kulanz eine andere Software oder einen Gutschein über den gezahlten Betrag anzubieten. Da der Anbieter aber ausschließlich Accounts anbietet und keine Keys, ist dies dasselbe in Grün und obendrein absolut illegal, da es gegen die Nintendo AGB verstößt und dazu führen kann, dass die Konsole vom Hersteller aus gesperrt wird.

Super Support und Service und das Team von Pixelpuffin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und kann das kaufen bei den nur zu 100% weiter empfehlen

They sell products as keys but they are actually accounts. Scam, avoid at all costs.

I Had so many issues with activation codes but I had a really helpful agent named Brian. He was very helpful patient with my long complicated issue. In the end Brian helped me out and sorted out my problem despite the long wait. Amazing, quick and always available customer service.
