Quick problem resultion even on christmas

SCAM! Do not use, as a long time player on PC and Consols, I have always purchased online keys. Always delivered nicely. This key is not a key and it’s hidden in the T&C’s you are not buying a key, you are paying for an account with game on it and will not get the game for yourself. They will not refund or provide a key, they provide illegal account creation attempt. I bought Overcooked 2 yesterday for my kids, and tried the suport chat and they made it clear that they do not provide keys and they do not refund either. You basically are paying for a scam that hides behind tees of constions with fine print that will not deliver a code.

Great service and very fast response

I purchased 2 accounts from PixelPuffin and the first one I received with no issues.
But I didn't receive the second account, after a week of countless conversations with their staff, who were very uninformative about the situation, all I got from them was "Wait a day or so and it should be delivered". I have tried to get a refund from them with no avail.

So obviously I highly recommend NOT using PixelPuffin!

Si vous croyez que chatgpt a 11euro pour 3 mois et bien vous rêver, ils vous file un compte vietnamien d'un mois, puis au bout de 2 semaines, vous êtes bloqué, vous refaite une demande ils vous refile un autre compte...et 1 mois après rebelotte.
Vous pouvez plus vous logger sur leurs sites, ils effacent votre compte parce que pour eux vous êtes un casse coui...
Ils ne revendent rien ils grattent des comptes et des acces partout dans le monde surtout dans les pays ou les prix sont avantageux et revente ceci comme un accès réel, mais vous vous faite avoir car les comptes et les ip ne correspondent pas.
Que ca soit dans les jeux, logicielle, IA, abonnement de jeux; youtube, spotify...vous allez être banni et expulser a coup sûr et eux PixelPuffin vous bloque l accès parce que vous devenez dérangeant.
A fuir croyez le ou non parfois vaut mieux investir ou trouvez des gens fiable mais j'avoue qu'a l'heure actuel, il y a plein d'arnaque et d'abus.

keep away, it is a scam! One account gets sold to multiple customers, then one of them changes the password and you get locked out (in my case from ps plus account). They keep telling that they will replace, but there is an issue on their end, and by the end of the day you should receive the replacement.... this goes on till you give up. This is a scam!

They provide immediate attention and offer good solutions.

At first there was an error with my code, i got in contact witht the support through the same web via a widget and got sent a new one in minutes, special thanks to john in the support area. I just bought one game and the acc came with a few more and in the instrouctions said that no problem downloading them. so more than happy with the pucharse i made.

After an issue that I had while trying to play a game I contacted the support email and within 5 minutes I was in contact with a person who helped explain why I was having the issue and Dale was able to provide me with excellent care in fixing my issue.

I bought a game as an account and everything was fine.
With the second account, I was delivered a non-functioning game three times and I asked for my money back. My request was denied.
The first account is still set up on my Switch and has now led to a permanent ban from online services. The Switch is unusable and the money is gone. Stay away from G2A and Pixelpuffin.

Edit:
After explaining about the banned console i got a refund for both buyed accounts. At least that is a small relief.
