I have bought two games on the sides for the Nintendo switch and I lost access to both games after couple of months. On my switch I could see that account was now on a switch 2. Sod looks like they resell their account multiple times to different people. I contacted support and the answer was: "Hello!
I'm afraid that a replacement is the only solution in this case. Sadly, your order is no longer covered by our warranty, and our supplier will not be able to provide a free replacement." I don't recommend buying on the side, it's all a big Scan

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Bought an account with FIFA 26, 5 months ago. Got the game and had until 2-3 weeks ago, when it suddenly locked. I then contacted customer support through their website and they said that they'll report it to their delivery team who would take care of me. 1 week goes by I and hear nothing from them. I then contact them again, but get a message that they need more time. 1 week goes by again and I see them opening me message but not responding.

Horrible experience overall. Extremely slow response time. When I bought the game they gave me the wrong password for the account. Spend the next 3 days trying to get through to them to fix it. Which they did but still.... Unacceptable service. Now I don't have a game and since they didn't respond I just flat out bought an original copy.

Wish I had read reviews being purchasing.

Bought Minecraft and it was a quite a few hurdles to get the game and then realised I had to be logged in to "Tim's" account to access the game and maintain this on my console, after Googling this, I discovered it's against Nintendo's T's and C's and you will get your account blocked. I emailed them about it and requested a refund but was told by them I had to contact them in another way which I didn't understand. Have deleted "Tim's" account and the game and just hope I don't have problems like others here.

I got the product that I bought after about 8 hours.
My internet is very slow and the game weights 137GB. The download time showed it will be 24 hours to finish (I had this time limited to 24 hours). Seller told me to stay calm and feel free to download my product as fast as I can 👌

I purchased accounts from Pixelpuffin via G2A at the beginning of March 2026. Within days, my brand new Nintendo Switch 2 was permanently banned by Nintendo — error 2124-4508. All because of their accounts.
The worst part isn't even the ban. It's what happened after.
Their agent Brian asked me for proof — I sent screenshots, a video, everything. He said he'd escalate to his supervisor. Then nothing. They closed my ticket and sent a satisfaction survey. I've sent multiple follow-up emails since. Not a single response in over a week.
They did refund ONE game through G2A. But my console — bought 2 months ago — is now permanently locked out of every online service. 260€+ of legitimate eShop purchases gone. And Pixelpuffin? Silent.
No warning on their product listings. No disclaimer about ban risks. No accountability. No support. Just silence when things go wrong.
Save your money. Save your console. Buy directly from Nintendo.

I bought Mario Party and Super Mario 3D accounts from Pixelpuffin via G2A. A few days later, my Nintendo Switch 2 — purchased only 2 months ago — got permanently banned by Nintendo (error 2124-4508). All online services gone. eShop gone. Updates gone. Over 260€ of legitimate purchases I made on the eShop, completely inaccessible.
NONE of the accounts they sold me work anymore (smex, MEE, diddle). All blocked. And NOWHERE on their listing did they warn that using their accounts could result in a console ban. Zero disclaimer. Zero transparency.
Their support agent Brian asked me for screenshots and a video, which I provided. He said he'd forward it to his supervisor. Then they quietly CLOSED my ticket and sent me a satisfaction survey as if the issue was resolved. It was not.
I got a refund for one game via G2A, but that doesn't cover the permanent damage to my console. I've sent multiple follow-up emails — still no real response days later.
If you value your console, DO NOT buy from this seller. Their products can and will get your console permanently banned by Nintendo. You have been warned.

This account situation was something i was afraid at the begining. I have used this service for about two years and never had a problem or banned console. and even when i had a problem with a game, pixelpuffin always gives me a replace account so i can access my game again. I dont know about refund issues and i never asked for one since they are giving a replace account for your game to work. So eveything is ok with me. the guys there are always helpfull
