This was our first experience writing a will and it’s not the easiest of topics to think about & discuss. Paul Hunt , Legacy Planning Consultant, from Pivotal Legacy Planning, Colchester was very personable and helped us through the process.

I've been putting off making a will for many years never getting round to it but after getting in touch with pivotal and Paul I should have done it years ago everything was explained and made so easy.

Shane took us through the process step by step, explaining what all of the terminology meant in simple terms, meaning the experience was a breeze. We were given plenty of time after the first appointment to have a think about issues raised and then put pen to paper in the second appointment.
