Paul is a very dedicated person who worked closely with us to write our will, whilst providing clear information about the service.

We have been familiarised with the will writing process in detail at the initial appointment. Whilst our flexibility for further appointments was limited, we have been accommodated every time. Additionally, we have been informed of any upcoming appointments with regular reminders.

Paul arranged appointments that worked around my commitments, he was knowledgable and helpful; answering any questions I had. He was friendly and spoke with genuine interest.
