The sk9 product is amazing. Been giving to my dog that has suffered from allergies from a pup and had been on apoquel for about 6 years. Just been to the vets for annual check up and told them about this product and that he hasn't needed apoquel unless he's had a flare up and there happy to take him off his daily apoquel and only need to use
for flare ups now. So pleased he's not having to take apoquel everyday, as apoquel is not a great medication to be on. One happy dog and owner 😁

Avoid! I ordered two products on the 1st November and items still haven’t been sent. Appears to be a scam.

Awful things my dog was sick and had a bad stomach within an hour of taking these.
Left it a few days and tried again same thing happened ...avoid

AVOID AVOID AVOID in the first instance this is not a product review as I can not review the same as it did not arrive. For reason unknown Pick Peanut had an incorrect address for me, which I spoted upon conformation and immediately called and spoke to a human to have it altered, which I was assured it would be, yet 2 weeks later I do not have my goods (poor Ruby continues to scratch however, we found a replacement which works superbly), such that I contacted them seeking a refunt, to whichend 2 weeks later and following countless emails, both directly and via their Contact Page, they he chosen to ignore and thus I', out of pocket (£34 if I recall) never to be seen again in my opinion and thus, AVOID AVOID AVOID as I suggest they care only for themselves and not their customers.

Rubbish service and product done nothing for my Labrador trying to get a refund for an unopened box being offered 50 % refund so I don’ t have to go through the process from pick peanut ???? I have rights as a consumer . I am also alarmed your only contact address is a lock up store unit in reading ?
Please refund my money for the unopened tub and we will write off the one already tried . I personally think your business is a scam and will be reporting

Bought the item for my dogs digestion. BETTER blend Pre and Probiotic 120 Tablets. Gave my digestion 3 per day given her size.
This product has done nothing for my dog and I am now looking for a refund.

Won’t refund me in full for an order they haven’t sent out that I placed two weeks ago. Ignoring my request for a refund. Reported to trading standards - HORRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is a joke. Inundated with unwanted emails and impossible to unsubscribe . Click on them at your peril….

Not sure how it’s possible that the customer service could get any worse but sadly it has. Still being robbed off with lies and excuses, won’t refund a product I haven’t received and don’t want, instead advised to return but how can I return something I haven’t received? Website is still taking additional money from customers although they cannot provide next day delivery. Have been left no choice but to report to trading standards. It’s a shame as the probiotics seemed to work but sadly the company is so badly run

This company isn't very trustworthy at all. I bought something from them as a one time thing to see if it actually works only to find out they have signed me up to monthly subscriptions without my permission have been evasive when asking for a refund and my dogs ears are no better a month down the line. Id stay well away from using this company as they are only after the money and don't want to engage with you when there is a problem. After several emails because you can't actually ring them (again very strange) instead of trying to resolve my issues they send me promotional stuff asking me to buy from them again. Never in a million years would I buy anything from these people again . So I've just received the response below and I can inform you that I didn't sign up for a subscription and I've emailed evidence to prove this sent to me by pick peanut. They offered me a 20% refund who would accept that crazy. So I'm warning all other people to give this company a wide birth they are definitely not a trustworthy company. If I knew how to post there email to me on here I would to prove to you all just how bad they actually are. Products are no good either nevermind the underhand tactics of signing people up to things they didn't agree to and then making you wait weeks for a refund if it's returned at all. The response on here is to cover to try lesson what I'm saying but I can assure you all every word I've said is true

The products don’t work, Was promised to refund if the product didn’t work, But instead, they’re trying to palm me off with additional products, Haven’t received a refund, Products made zero difference to my dog. I don’t actually think they have your pets best interest in mind when selling these products.

commande faite le 17 septembre, depuis le 21 septembre le colis est arrivée en France, mais il ne bouge pas, la poste refuse de prendre notre réclamation, et le site pickpeanut nous répond toujours la même chose, qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire de plus, hors ils sont les vendeurs, ils se doivent de contacter eux même la poste pour s'assurer du bon transport et de savoir ou est le problème, et surtout de nous rembourser si nous ne faisons pas bonne réception de la commande, c'est quand même 50 euros !

I live in Spain and it took a good three months and sending in paperwork online to get this delivery of 3 bottles through spanish customs. Pick peanut did do the paperwork correctly, it was just the spanish authorities. My e mails with my concerns were all answered promptly. Prior to purchase and post purchase. THey sent me the invoices for customs, They offered to return the money ( if and when the packet was returned to them). And they cancelled my subscription with no problem ( due to not wanting further problems with customs). Now just got to wait and see if it works on my 11 y.o. black lab to ease her discomfort with severe yeast dermatitis, "elephant skin" - all falling off all over her body, and severe ear infections. Hopefully update in a few months

Worst customer service.
From 3 emails I sent regarding my issues, not one was actually read. The responses were not helpful, didn't actually address any of my complaints and to this point have still not done either.
Even if the product was excellent, I wouldn't continue using this company.

My dog was on them 2 weeks and gradually got worse and worse. Her stomach and legs have awful sores and are red raw, her ear has the worse infection shes ever had.
Emails bounce back and no contact phone number, which is iffy on its own.

I have just had the results through for the Pick Peanut Advanced dog intolerance test…advising me to eliminate brown sauce, beer, coffee, lager & tea from my dogs diet…I currently have no words and await a response to my email…really not happy

They say in their advertising 90 day trial,but this is only on unopened unused items , so how can this be a trial??
My dog won’t go near their SK9 formula so I’m down £31 !
Don’t buy from them I find this disingenuous and misleading I am thinking of reporting them for false advertising

PLEASE NOTE, GIVE THESE TIME.

I have a rescued Anatolian and live in Wales. Benji has always had massive issues with his ears, he has been on steroids, had dropsfrom the vets and it reduces (never clears) but always comes back just as bad. Benji has been on these since mid April and there is a vast improvement, his ears are no longer red and he doesn't yelp when we clean them although there is now very littleto clean. I have ordered more and a silver spray for his ears now to hopefully get rid of it once and for all. Honestly we have had a year of trying everything and nothing worked, we would have his ear gunk up the wall from shaking, his ears were blood red and stank, he is on no other meds at the moment apart from these and it's so lovely to see his natural skin colour after all this time.

We purchased 1 tub to start with but they said give 8 weeks for results I had read money back guarantee so purchased another 3 tubs still no difference to our dog. I contacted regarding refund… this is only on unopened tub.. but how would we know without using? Not a great product or company.

I know these things can take some time to take effect but I’ve been using them religiously for 3 weeks and my dog appears to be worse 😢
