I always feel a company is best judged on their response when things don’t go according to plan. I raised a concern and received a response within two hours the remediation was more than expected and was carried out exactly as described.

Beening waiting since may 18th for a delivery. Was told hve by last weekend on express delivery. And still nothing.. be careful as they just fob you off.

Definitely wouldn’t use again. Poor communication and multiple excuses. Products arrived late and the order was scattered of multiple days. Sent off an allergy test kit many months ago still no sign.

I have been using Pick Peanut Microbiome tablets for my two French Bulldogs, and the product itself has been really helpful for managing their yeasty ears.

However, the subscription service has been very disappointing. I brought my subscription order forward on 17 May because I was running low, but by 6 June the order still had not been dispatched due to a stock shortage.

This is the second time this has happened.

The whole point of having a subscription is to avoid running out of a product your pets rely on, so it’s very frustrating not to be notified in advance when there are stock issues. I appreciate that Pick Peanut refunded me for the inconvenience and have said my order will be prioritised and sent by express delivery once new stock arrives, but I have still been left having to source an alternative in the meantime.

It’s a shame because I do like the product, but the stock management and communication around subscriptions needs to be much better.

**UPDATE, the order arrived today on the 11 June which is three and a half weeks after I tried to bring my subscription delivery forward***

Extremely poor, do not use, my purchase did not arrive even after paying extra for next day delivery. Complaint/customer service do not respond

My English Springer always had dirty itchy ears so thought I would try these. It’s definitely made a positive difference less waxy and itchy ears since using.

Great Products and amazing customer service, would highly recommend this company. My dog is soo much better and her ears have improved.

Always had a good experience with pick peanut and look out for their great deals when they come up. I trust pick peanut so I now subscribe to one of thd products monthly

It doesn't work, don't waste your money or time. Spent months trying this out and my girl's issues only got worse.

Marley has been on these for over 3 months - still has brown gunk in his ears and flare ups. I've stuck with them in the hope things will improve but not convinced 🤔

Awful company - contact telephone hidden in website and does not work “The number you have called is not recognised”. No clear way of cancelling subscription. AVOID

These people are scammers do not buy anything on line with ur Apple Pay, I brought one product and they have put an extra order in with products I have never looked at. Saying it’s a subscription, months after I bought 1 product. I’m not stupid and am I savvy online. Taken money without authorisation and only offering 20% refund. I am absolutely disgusted. Avoid at all costs

Very confused- reviews mention fast delivery and good communication yet I ordered the product and set up a subscription 12 days ago and have yet to be notified that the item has even been sent. When I emailed to enquire I was sent a ticket notification and told to expect a reply within an average 2hs during working hours but that hasn’t been forthcoming. I’m frustrated as I did believe this might help my dog but have been forced to look elsewhere for a solution and so will be cancelling my subscription and looking for a refund for the order that hadn’t arrived. Really puzzled by such mixed reviews- I do receive daily sales emails trying to get me to buy more, just no product! Frustrating.

Unfortunately their product didn’t work for my dog. However more tablets arrived before I had time to cancel any future orders. I returned the package to Pick Peanut vie DPD 2 weeks ago. I’ve still not received my money back, I sent numerous emails asking why and all I get are excuses. In my opinion not a good company to do business with.

Hi just would like to thank the staff for giving me advice about their product. My story is I have a 6yr old westie and he suffers with yeast problems and allergies Bradley especially his ears and body so I decided to try this product as I don’t know what else to do for my little dog.so I’m hoping this works and the reviews are fantastic

EDIT since pick peanut reply. Yes they sent a return label for February order but we have NO DPD pick up points in caithness and now pick peanut are ignoring emails AGAIN that are requesting a return address to return their poor product at my cost. This entire process / experience has been a nightmare.
