Disappointed…
For the price of it, I was very disappointed with the thickness of the wall paper. Unfortunately, unless it is put on perfect walls, it shows up any imperfections underneath. I followed the instructions provided, but, there were also parts that showed the glue underneath, and didn’t smooth out.

Hi Paul, thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that the wallpaper didn’t meet your expectations.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper to see the material, thickness, and print quality up close.
As part of our installation guidelines, we recommend thoroughly preparing the wall beforehand. For best results, the wallpaper should be applied to a surface that is completely smooth, clean, dry, and non-absorbent. We apologize if this requirement wasn’t clear enough during your purchase or installation process
I will contact you during the day to see how we can help you with this.
Again, thank you for taking the time in sharing your review, and have a nice day.
Kind regards,
Angelica

Quality product that's easy to instal
Our mural wallpaper arrived within days. The quality of our wallpaper (premium matte) was superior to other wallpapers we have tried from other providers. Photowall's installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The end result is a beautiful artwork on our wall, which has transformed the space.

Gorgeous murals but would avoid peel and stick
The murals are lovely and the buying experience and shipping was great. We chose peel and stick for convenience but found that even with a professional installation (on mirrored built in robes, which we have done before with regular wallpaper) it was difficult to get the installation right and adjust the wallpaper to correct mistakes - meaning some parts are a bit uneven, have wrinkles etc. Would choose the regular type of wallpaper that uses glue in future, for ease of application and ability to adjust as you go - but would use photowall again.

Hi Ayssa, thank you for your review.
We’re so glad to hear you loved the mural design and had a positive buying and shipping experience.
We appreciate you sharing your experience with the peel-and-stick option. While it’s a convenient choice, it can sometimes be more challenging to adjust during installation, especially on surfaces like mirrored wardrobes. Your feedback is very helpful and will certainly guide other customers when choosing between materials.
We’re pleased to hear you would consider our traditional paste-the-wall wallpaper in the future, as it does allow for more flexibility during installation.
Thank you again for your support—we’d be happy to assist you with any future projects.
Best regards,
Gab

Thank you Photowall...fabulous product and delivery time.
Thank you Photowall...I had a great experience with your company. I'm in Australia and the wallpaper arrived air express 7 business days after I ordered it. The quality of the paper is outstanding and the stick and peel was so easy to use. I'll be ordering some more for my next project. Thanks again. :)

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. The panels did not stick onto the wall and constantly peel off. I think the best place for this product is in the waste paper bin.

It was fine
All necessary things were provided and dispatch from the company did seem fast enough. However I did laugh that delivery tracking took a long time as on several occasions the package went in the wrong direction. Like from Sweden to Denmark to Amsterdam then back to Denmark before going to Hong Kong. And countless depots within only kms from each other within Melbourne. Perhaps that was just the flaws of the tracking app?
