Hi Jade, thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the quality of your wallpaper.
Although, they are printed on high quality non-woven material made to be durable and easy to work with.
Please know that you can always order a printed sample before placing your full order. This will give you an idea of what the wallpaper quality would look and feels like up close.
We want to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I will contact you within the day and get back to me 🙂
Again, thank you for your review, and have a nice day.
Best regards,
James

Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this wallpaper. It was advertised as custom-made, yet I still had to cut it to size myself, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering custom wallpaper. It was also incredibly difficult to apply, with bubbles forming everywhere. If you make even the slightest mistake while putting it up, it leaves visible marks and ruins the finish. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming and nowhere near the quality I expected considering the price!
Would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Hi Donato, thank you for your review.
I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery times for your sample and wallpaper order.
According to the tracking information we have, both the wallpaper package sent via DHL and the sample envelope sent by regular mail appear to be within the delivery timeframes stated on our website: 3–6 business days for wallpaper orders and 3–12 business days for sample envelopes.
I am sorry if these delivery timeframes were not clear enough when you placed your order. I understand how important it is to have clear expectations regarding delivery times.
I hope that you are ultimately happy with both orders. If you have any follow-up questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get back to us. We’ll be happy to assist you further.
Have a nice day!
