I must tell the people this is a scam never trust them they robbing me $200 and they didn't help me even my phone still locked don't try to pay your money here

FRAUDE ,ESTAFAtienen publicidad engañosa,me cobraron primero un dinero z despues cuando el bloqueo estaba en 25% me pidieron otro dinero para seguir lo pague lo que me pidieron z cuando estaba en 55% me dijeron que no podian desbloquear mi iphone una estafa en toda regla y el dinero que me robaron por que fui engañado no lo devuelven, son estafadores , no se dejen engañar..!!!!

Claims to be able to perform your unlock then falsely says your device is on a stolen registry even if it's not.

This is probably a scam site cause my imei was correct when I used the website imei check options, then I proceeded to purchase the iPhone unlock service then all of a sudden their is no order for my imei but my payment was confirmed

Des vrais escrocs faites très attention des voleurs de première prendre les gens pour des escrocs de première paiement 23 €, je me suis arrêté là deuxième paiement 54 et ainsi de suite faites très très attention on se dit qu'on a perdu une petite somme d'argent mais pour eux c'est énorme multiplié par des milliers de personnes et ce site continue à tourner franchement j'ai vraiment pas les mots faire très attention de bannir ce site

Do not use this company as complete scam just keep asking for more money for garbage excuses claiming next time will unlock device

They are thieves. I paid more than €130 so they could unlock my iPhone 13, but for three months it's still at 99%. The worst part is that my phone is not reported as lost or stolen, just that we no longer have the ID recovery number because the phone belonged to my deceased brother.

SCAMMERS. They asked for eligibility payment then the "clean" service which it will always fail. Then out of the blue they offer their "Premium" unlock. That was 3 months ago with them asking to wait 96 days for unlock. I waited 100 days and still nothing. Support is AI generated, same responses rephrased to make it seem like genuine replies. When I insisted on a live support they disabled the support button and now the tracking page is just an animation with 99% and that's it. Big SCAM. I will be seeking reimbursement and I will seek the prosecution of the owner

SCAM AVOID - DETAILS FOR OWNER PROVIDED
Unfortunately I didn't do enough research and read these reviews prior to using their Unlocking service. I fell foul of the initial £23.99 being for an "eligibility" check which you pass of course and then having got you already invested then demand another £38.00 to unlock the device. They claim this will take 24 to 72 hours and then once you've paid the tracker says upto 7 days.

After three days you'll get an email saying it has failed as the device is blacklisted and can't be unlocked but they'll give you a credit note for the value to be used against another unlock but not a top up!! You'll also then get another email saying pay a further £100 for our "premium" service and we can still unlock it for you even though it's blacklisted as lost or stolen!!

The an email saying if you'd like a card refund, submit evidence the device isn't lost or stolen via the support chat. The function to attach the evidence doesn't work and the email address they provide to send it to just bounces all mail back.

I have therefore decided to take the owner of this scam to court.

I hope a number of people use these details and pursue the matter through the small claims court in order to claim back the money obtained fraudulently.

Also I have now had the device unlocked by Apple for free with no issues. Unfortunately I wasn't aware you could request this online from Apple prior to being scammed by this outfit.
