Online bestellt wurde am nächsten Tag versendet soweit alles sehr gut..Warum mit DPD die sowas von unzuverlässig sind. Die hatten eine Abstellerlaubniss ..waren nicht mal vor Ort..musste es selber im Depot abholen.

Bitte einen zuverlässigen Anbieter wie DHL zum versenden verwenden!!!!

Delivery was in transit for days - had to chase several times. Apparently Northern Ireland is not part of the UK according to JTC logistics so it would've arrived quicker if it shipped from China!

Couldn’t deliver. Why sell a product when you can’t get replacement parts for it.

Wow, there really must be absolutely noone working in JTCs customer service department if they are consistently shipping VERY late, not answering emails or phone calls, and then sending out an automated Trustpilot feedback email before they've delivered items or made any other contact with customers!
These are great blenders, but what is going on here?

Good blender, but terrible customer service. I have been trying to contact them through email and by phone to get my invoice but have had no success..

Quick and easy very efficient

Absolutely none existent service. This company uses the 'warranty' as a key selling point to its products, which is completely unclaimable.

Contacted this company 3 times via email and their website. Absolutely no response so no way to report that our blender has a leaking jug less than a year into its use.

I bought my Omniblend blender 5 years ago when I was living in France.
Having lost the cap, I was happy to discover that there was an Omniblend store in the UK and that I didn't need to order this part from Europe.
The shipment was very fast.
I highly recommend it.

I rarely submit bad reviews but… I had an Omniblend V. It worked very well for a year or two, then developed an electrical burning smell and emitted smoke from the base unit. The company didn’t respond to my correspondence by contact form or email and the phone number rang out. I eventually had a live chat message picked up, but once I mentioned the issue the person stopped responding. I would have nothing to do with this company, regardless of how good their products are meant to be.

I had a mixed experience with JTC Omniblend on jtcomniblend.co.uk. While my initial contact with customer service was prompt and I appreciated the quick delivery of my order, issues arose when I returned an incorrect item. Despite providing proof of return and purchasing the correct item, I received no further communication, no refund, and no second item. The product itself seems reliable, as noted by other customers, but the customer service follow-up left me frustrated.

I have been using the JTC Omniblend for about 10 years and they are great blenders at a very competitive price. I replaced the original (1.5l) jug a few years ago and needed to replace again. However, the official JTC Omniblend UK site never had them in stock. I kept checking and after a few months managed to communicate with someone in Sept/Oct 2024 - which was a challenge in itself!?! - who did apologise and said that they were expecting a delivery at the end of the year and promised to email me when they were in stock...nothing, didn't hear a word and still haven't. By chance I saw the jugs for sale (new?) on ebay so bought it there from Enpee Enterprises Ltd. They were quick and efficient and very pleased with their service

They have said item will be dispatched max in 2 days however it took them almost 10 days to post.

Very disappointing. I purchased an incorrect item online and immediately wrote to customer service, they responded quickly which was positive. I then returned the incorrect item and purchased the correct item online. I wrote to customers services with photographic evidence of the postal return but no response, I chased, no response. The second item has still not been received, I chased no response. To date, I’ve paid for 2items and have not received a refund or the correct item and despite my first email being responded to quickly after that, there has been nothing…..
Think before purchasing from this supplier…

I purchased an incorrect item from the online site several weeks ago and wrote immediately to the customer service department to advise that I would return the item. I received a prompt response, which appeared helpful.
I then returned the item and sent a copy of the evidence of delivery by email. I then purchased the correct item online. I have not received a response to my email, not received a refund or the 2nd item I purchased. I wrote to chase a response and explained this would allow me to leave feedback but still nothing…

I ordered a new switch for my omniblender and it arrived quickly. It was easy to install. I'm happy with the service of JTC Omniblend.

The delivery was quick and well packaged but not the part I ordered.
I have emailed and phoned for a return with not response
