From the moment we spoke via WhatsApp regarding my procedure, right through to having arriving at Ekol hospital, throughout my stay and after I left, Elaine was there for me, her professionalism and loving manner are one in a million and made a very nervous me feel at ease straight away and though out my stay.

Elaine and her daughter Janyel were just absolutely fantastic, nothing was a bother for them so kind helpful and professional.The team of Drs nurses and admin team were all brilliant and looked after us from time of arrival to departure. Definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely amazing Elaine and her daughter are dimonds I took my son with me for my mmo last year Elaine looked after my son like he was her own son while I was under the knife 😅. I can not fault them in one way I have recommended a few and have also been happy.. I'm back next year for some more cosmetics and can not wait ❤️❤️......love and hugs Kimberley Jones... Xx

My wonderful friend highly recommended I speak with Phoenix Rising and my initial WhatsApp conversation with Elaine was welcoming and warm she's extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! Treated like royalty and nothing was too much for either Elaine or Janyel.
My surgery went as planned and I can only thank Elaine, Janyel and my fabulous surgeon Dr Cem for changing my life and giving me my confidence back.
I am 8 weeks post op and I still have questions I've never felt that anything I ask is a bother. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED! I wouldn't go anywhere else if I decide to have further procedures.

On my arrival in turkey I was met by a rep in the airport who took us to the waiting car.
Once at Ekol hospital Elaine was there to meet me.
She went far and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.
Elaine visited me most days and explained everything to me.

I would like to give some great feedback I've just experienced my first ever time having surgery and it was with Phoenix and I am 100% happy with my results having a boob job the people that arrange it for me was more then helpful they where very supportive and caring and such lovely ppl that I still keep in contact with due to them still making the time to care for me with any given questions I feel to ask if need be they helped with dealing with sorting my place within a lovely hospital with a great surgeon and I am more then happy all thanks to them at Phoenix 😊

What a fabulous experience with Phoenix Rising Surgery! Staff were friendly and took great care to make sure all my needs were seen to.

I had a Tummy Tuck, Lipo, Mons Lift and Gynocomastia surgery.
The hospital is outstanding, my Dr was amazing and came highly recommended. But by far the best part of my entire experience was Elaine! There for me whenever i needed her. I had some complications (fairly standard) but she was amazing at putting me at ease and ensuring i had everything i needed. Me and my sister went together and both had a great experience and love my results. Elaine and Dr Arif are the only place i will be going should i choose to have more surgery. Get in touch Elaine is amazing!!!! Ekol were great too.

Since day one i have had the best experience, any questions i had before to having my op and after i have had fantastic help they have given me my life back, the doctors nurses and my surgeon I couldn’t thank them enough. Only bad thing was food choices but i can be fussy. Absolutely recommend phoenix rising surgery. Elaine especially was there through everything.

5 star treatment as soon as I landed until I left.
Elaine and the team took away all the anxiety of being in a different country and language. she made sure I was aware of everything that was going on with the Doctor/ nurses she translated all the information and made the whole experience a positive one.

From the minute of contact everything was so easy and quick. The surgery the process was explained in depth and any question you had was answered very quick. I had the pleasure of meeting Elaine who basically handled everything for me and made the experience as a hole much easier so there was less worry.
Once there the staff was brilliant there was nothing they couldn’t do to help you settle in and feel comfortable.
The surgery itself was the most worrying part for me and my nervous about it all was out at ease at every stage leading up to the surgery and the surgery itself.
The aftercare was amazing any pain (so little) I was in they came straight away to help ease and relax you. All staff surgeons l, nurses, reps and other care support staff were very attentive and so helpful with any of our needs.
Since returning home I have been able to still contact all of the staff through a group chat to help with tips and tricks to help me along with my journey also very helpful of you experience sickness afterwards (I didn’t but I friend who came with me did) the support and care is brilliant.
They encourage you to keep up to date with your checks so you don’t forget.
I would highly recommend my experience was next to none delighted with my service, support and most of all my results after bariatric surgery. I feel amazing and ooze in confidence since my visit. I’m currently 3 months PO the end of the week and feeling so good.

A great experience, surgery went well, but there is absolutely no need to remove knickers to have eye surgery, I myself work as an ophthalmic scrub ( theatre) nurse and know for a fact that knickers can be left on!!!!
I was looked after by Elaine and her daughter Janyel, absolutely amazing wonderful people can’t tell you just how nice and helpful they were. Still messaging when I arrived home asking about the surgery etc.
