Elaine is 100% an amazing person. I booked with her for a sleeve at ekol hospital. And this lady and her daughter went above and beyond expectations. From booking to arriving and leaving she and Canyel were fantastic ! I could not of wished for anything to have gone any smoother. They were messaging prior, keeping us upto date, meeting us at the hospital and spent the whole time at the hospital while me and my mum was there they was with us through the operation , when we came round into recovery and there for us at all times. They even sorted hair and nail appointments after. They made sure we was well looked after.

Surgery was a* my surgeon was fluent in english and did 2 leak tests before leaving. The nurses are incredible.

We met a few people there that was having similar surgery and some of these people couldt even get a reply from there rep. Let alone them turn up in person. They went as far as sorting other clients and answering there questions when they couldn't get hold of there own reps...Such a lovely family and I will 100% recommend booking through Elaine just for how great her customer service it was like family with you. I will certainly be booking again. They even still keep in contact 6 weeks on and messaging me to see how I am, if I need anything. Absolutely aaaa**** thankyou both of you. X

Elaine and Canyel were fantastic, Canyel was with me through my tests before the surgery and was there when I came around after the surgery.
They explained everything to me and made my experience and the start of my journey so memorable.
Elaine even took time to come see me before and after she had surgery herself.
I would 100% recommend using Elaine & Canyel.

The surgeon has done an incredible job I couldn’t be happier. Elaine was the brilliant, felt so comfortable and cared for by her. All the nurses at the hospital were fantastic. Have to say these ladys are great Elaine and Canyel thy help me i was so nervis thy carmed me down and stayed with me the whole way the room was so clean and thy made sure our transfers to and from was there in time have to say thy are the best even when i got home if i had a issue thy would text me back really reconmend these lovly ladys x

Elaine and Canyel have fantastic Scottish accents (despite Canyel being born in Turkey). There is zero language barrier which makes you feel so much safer. They go the extra mile and always replied to any messages sent. Not only did they provide every bit of info you could want they also went the extra mile e.g organising for us to get our hair done, giving my companion updates. Would absolutely recommend them

Elaine is such a lovely lady and nothing was hard for her to do her and her daughter made my experience so easy and her care was second to none I would highly recommend her and will be back to her shortly for more surgery can not recommend ekol hosiptal had such a easy and pleasant experience will see ye soon. I would highly recommend Elaine and the hospital for the care and attention I received whilst I was there really amazing I got my eyes done upper and lower and very happy with the result would not hesitate to use them again. Whenever I text Elaine she replied immediately and her daughter also very helpful Got my procedure done in April but wanted to wait to see what the results were like before I gave a review and I am truly happy

There is nothing I could fault. Best experience. Cleaner, more efficient and kinder staff than ANY nhs hospital I’ve been to and I work in the NHS. Can’t recommend enough. Elaine and all the nurses are incredible from start to finish.

I had a bbl with implants in May and I'm really happy with the results. It was difficult sleeping on my side and not being able to sit down at the start but worth it.

I would highly recommend Elaine and Canyel. They came highly recommended to me and they didnt disappoint. They were both so nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my stay. They are both great at their job and made the process as seamless as possible. If you're thinking of booking get onto them ASAP.

From start to finish I felt so at ease with Elaine and the team, and every single nurse that tended to me. All were so welcoming, friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble. Start to finish I felt well cared for and looked after. From my booking the surgery with Elaine at Phoenix Rising then meeting her lovely daughter Canyel at the hospital I was welcomed and felt at ease. The nurses at the hospital and the seamless process was so impressive, it all just flowed and went so quickly I don’t feel like I had time for doubt and anxiety to creep in because it was very well organised. I had my surgery with Dr Arif who I really liked and felt comfortable with, he is a very cool, calm man and didn’t mess about with the consultation, listened to my concerns with my body and just put the wheels in motion to make me feel good about myself. I am very pleased with the WhatsApp group and that even though my surgeon is a long way away, any questions or concerns I had/may have are answered promptly and I feel listened to and not just operated on and left like people have reported in other places. I am still only less than 5 weeks post op so I know things are going to get better and better but I am very happy with both Phoenix Rising and Ekol and everyone who contributed to my first ever experience of elective surgery. I have recommended to multiple other people already and if I ever needed surgery in the future I know who I would be contacting!

Elaine and the team were amazing. The care we received was amazing, by both the doctors and nurses and the lovely girls taking care of us. I would always consider them first when considering any procedure. 10:10 in every way

Before my trip to Ekol I was fully informed by my Rep Elaine. I am 62 years old so I was very anxious.
Elaine explained everything and was with me every step of the way. The hospital carried out extensive tests overnight which matched every test I had in Ireland. The Surgeon Omer Yoldas was excellent and called to see me every day. He answered every question I had. I am 1 month over my surgery and 25 pound lighter. I am still receiving aftercare advice from the team in Ekol. As for value for money, the cost wouldn't cover the tests here in Ireland. I will definitely be returning to Ekol for further procedures. They are by far the nicest bunch of people I have come across. Highly recommended 👌 Julie
