Elaine n caynel were there to answer all questions in person plus on messages , aving a international team was a plus the care respect n all these ladies done was outstanding..I'm from England n even in our private hospital u do not get the treatment I had here in Turkey with Elaine n caynel nothing was to much trouble they actual become your friends which is lovely when you are having ops in different country ... if I was to have anything else done I would go bck to Elaine n caynel ekol hospital..tests scans leak test honestly best experience I've had n I'm post op now 1 week feel fabulous xx

Elaine and her daughter are absolutely amazing. They did everything for us. When we arrived at the hospital, Elaine was there ready to meet us. They were fantastic and helped us every step of the way. They checked on us several times through the day.
Now we're back home they've kept in touch and helped with any queries we have.
I highly recommend these ladies.

Elaine and her daughter were amazing. From the first time we contacted them to leaving Ekol Hospital. Nothing was too much trouble. Elaine came with us when we had our tests, going down to threate and ICU. They checked on us several times a day and even took us to the local hairdressers. Now we are home they are still contacting us making sure we are OK. I would highly recommend them.

Wow, where do i start Elaine has been amazing, helpful, supportive and friendly basically the one you'll need through any surgery or procedure. From my chat 10th January 2023 through a referral to now, from advise, my wanting a gastric sleeve which i was planning in March, but felt to far away and wanted it asap. Thankfully with her help and support i managed to get mine within 3wks 30th Jan 2023, wow impressive aye 😍👍.
Was booked went all-inclusive, includes flights, transfers everything 😍and took my lovely sister with me Sue as my companion which id recommend
,Elaine litterally greeted us upon arriving at the Ekol Hospital biggest friendly smile 😁😍, had tests done practically straight away that evening we arrived, so i could have my last meal before midnight😋.
Was with me in the morning before surgery, saw me in recovery, honestly above and beyond isn't enough to describe her care and love she shows to you.
Even treated me to a salon trip for a hair wash blow dry, felt sooooo fresh and shiny after so happy. ❤️😊
She was with me every step and looked after my sister brought her coffee, took her shopping for coffee and snacks. Her lovely daughter Canyel was also there helping me as well and my sister, honestly they're a dream team.
Surgery 31st other tests done first and had my surgery that afternoon, and new what to expect luckily with trapped air wind etc, as my daughter had hers done here over 2yrs ago now, and 2 of my close friends.
My Dr Omer Yoldas was absolutely amazing and the best surgeon ever the top man, felt very honoured and highly recommend him. 😊💕
Plus easy on the eye sorry has to be said lol hes a very lovely handsome man 😍😘, I'm so grateful,thankful to him for everything he did for me 🙏😍, "thank you so much". 💕 Life changing miracle surgeons and staff.
And including repairing a hernia i had above my stomach tube at same time, and home from 3rd February already feeling better and optimistic about my future.
I still can't believe i have no stomach now lol. Its kinda hard because i still feel i have it haha, well 20% of it. Lol. 😂😂
Couldn't fault the nurses and doctors in my care and aftercare 🙏🤗, only a buzzer away for anything you need.
Miracle workers seriously all of you, and thankful to YOU ALL 🙏💕🤗😍.. for giving me my new life back and journey, to a thinner, happier healthier me. 😁😊

Having been told about Phoenix Rising from a friend, I can fully understand the recommendation.
Both Elaine and Canyel were amazing, from initial booking to being by my side all the way through surgery and hospital stay. Even now that I'm home, they're always available for help and advice. Nothing is too much trouble and any problems they're there to sort it out. Would definitely recommended.

Having gone out for breast surgery Elaine and her team were fabulous . Quite a daunting experience going aboroad but their constant support and reassurance every step of the way was second to none

My experience with this company was outstanding. The time and effort and patience at time with my thousands of questions was second to none . Their main aim is to make their patients as calm and relaxed as possible . I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them to everyone. Nothing is too much trouble and when you are away from home to have someone who you can talk to face to face is worth it’s weight in gold x

Well what can I say?! Elaine and Canyel are just awesome ladies. From booking my surgery, flights, transfers, my surgery itself, my care/support given throughout my whole stay was just amazing. They put my mind at rest, made me feel very relaxed and my experience from beginning to end, even now post op is great. I can’t recommend them enough. Always at the end of the phone no matter what day/time it is and nothing was ever a problem.

I went to ekol hospital in turkey for a tummy tuck , I will say brilliant service from start to finish from the booking through phoenix rising to the transfers the hospital care and the hotel stay to once being home still getting checked on to see how things are going brilliant service 10/10 5 start service

As a solo traveller, I was very nervous at the thought of going abroad for surgery. But from initial contact, through to the aftercare, the team have been amazing.
I am really happy with my surgery results (and further surgery booked for next week!).
Elaine & Canyel are so patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Their experience shines through, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

I went for a medical procedure in September and I was under so much stress and with difficulty to book it and to organize it and afraid in general. I can honestly say that Elaine and her daughter were my biggest help during the whole process and made everything easier for me. From even before I went, they were always available before and after, friendly and they have all the knowledge as well. I would rate 10 starts out of 5 as they were truly amazing on every single aspect. And I really mean every little detail. I would trust them my life again if needed.

I booked through Elaine and from the initial messaging process she was always there for me. When I went to turkey she was at the hospital to meet me and settle me in, even if it was late at night and back early next morning for my pre op and meeting with the surgeon. She was there when I woke up and for all of my check ups, she even took me to get my hair done and a walk to the shops. Elaine really is an angel in disguise. She’s there whenever you need her. I would recommend Ekol and phoenix rising to anyone. I will be back for more surgery. 🥰

Booked with Phoenix as traveling alone to Izmir for surgery. I was guided by Elaine from Phoenix through every step. From pre assessment to greeting.me at the hospital to daily visit & timely updates and meeting my Consultant and the team. Phoenix always respond to my messages. I was kept fully informed of every step of the process in a friendly professional manner. I felt perfectly safe at all times and would definitely recommend booking through Phoenix Rising.

I Linda booked with Elaine for arm lifts I ended up getting more surgery while I was there. Definitely 5 star from me .. couldn't recommend Dr arif aydin enough he really done a brillant job and gave me back my confidence. Also couldn't recommend elaine enough she was by my side the whole way and texting in between and also when I was home ..
