I bought a car from Phoenix car when seven months later I had an issue with the gearbox, I was informed it would need a whole new gearbox after driving the car only 6000 miles from buying It. I was told it was wear and tear and Phoenix/warranty would only agree to pay £1250 towards the £3882 bill, I reluctantly took the offer but wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

Bought a car today and couldn’t be happier, from the minute we arrived to test drive the staff couldn’t do more.

Purchased a car for over £11k several days later when used in city traffic has engine issues, main dealer checked it and engine carboned badly, electric mirror not working and poor spray job on rear as faded after a couple of weeks along with a wheel nut missing. They would not take the car back under 2015 consumer law and we have taken legal advice. They may answer this review but who you going to believe.....

The Customer service at Phoenix is absolutely first class, and every one we engaged with was polite and helpful offering plenty of advice for us to make an informed decision. The team made the whole process easy and straight forward, part exchange, plate transfer, warranty etc. Everything we had discussed was completed, and when we picked up our Range Rover Sport back in February it looked immaculate.
Unfortunately we initially didn’t get the opportunity to drive it as much as we would’ve liked for obvious reasons, but now it’s getting plenty of use and we love it. I can certainly see us visiting Phoenix Car Centre again when were ready for our next upgrade.

Saw the vehicle online and called to book for a look at the car and a test drive. I spoke to Joe who made things really simple and easy. The car had even more specification then advertised and I’d even hoped for. I don’t usually like buying a car as I find the salesmen pushy but the team here couldn’t be further from that. Joe really took his time with his relaxed and friendly approach. I was able to take the car out on my own and take my time and make the right decision. The package deal I got on the car was good too, I would recommend the extended warranty. I’ve even had a small issue with my air con re gas since purchasing that they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I have been really impressed so far and will be buying for years to come I hope!

So far so good, saw the advert spoke to Danny, visited and saw the car, talked the numbers and within a week as promised the deal was exchanged. On the day Joe was brilliant it must have been 45 mins from start to finish of de registering to re registering, taxing and exchange. Warranty is all good and professional service

Brilliant service from all the staff! They were extremely helpful and professional, especially during covid 19 keeping everything cleaned and safe.

The car we bought was faultless and of excellent condition and quality, much like the rest of their stock. Well priced as well, and their finance team were of great help explaining the buying and warranty processes to us.

We would gladly buy from Phoenix again! And highly recommended it to anyone looking for a high quality vehicle that's not overpriced!

In all honesty, this has to be recommended at the highest level. Right from the initial phone call to Graham to key handover with Joe, a totally professional, understanding and easy car buying experience. The guys give you time and space and as they say, does what it says on the tin.

One of the easiest, most stress free car purchases I have ever made. From first visit to collecting the car it was a pressure free, pleasant experience. No pushy salesman, trying to sell you extras you neither want or need, just friendly staff who leave you alone unless you want them. I will definitely be coming back for my next car.

We received an excellent standard of service from Phoenix Car Centre.
The PX value given was very fair with the new car being supplied at a high standard. There was no pushy salesmen or bad habits you sometimes associate with 2nd hand car dealers, I'd recommend purchasing from them.

Excellent Service and Efficiency. Friendly initial phone conversation to discuss the car, followed quickly by a video tour of the areas I wanted to see in more detail. Deposit paid, I arranged a viewing and test drive at Phoenix Car Centre, and was given plenty of time to inspect and ask questions.
Extra Service: They were able to get the Alloys refurbed and refinished in Gloss Black - really beautifully done. The car was delivered on flatbed truck to my Home in accordance with the social distancing and my wife loves the new car. I really appreciate the friendly, professional service from Joe and the team - they made it an enjoyable experience that I am happy to recommend them to friends.
