I am very happy how this company handled my dilemma. I ordered my chair and was so excited to put it together. I missed a piece that suppose to cover or protect the leg of the chair. I called and told them the mistake I made. The inventor of this specific chair called me. After my conversation with him my problem still not fix because I am petite and not strong enough. So, he went out of his way to send me the tool needed to fix my chair. Mine you no charge and told me to keep it. Wow! now I was blown away. That is what you call service and he knows how to make customers happy. Thank you! Salamat :)

I didn't receive any shipping…
I didn't receive any shipping notification for 2 weeks so sent a note and immediately got a reply, and my item shipped the next day. Came in perfect condition.

I recently purchased a sit stand desk from Phil Zen and the process via his website was super simple. The desk is amazing, I was able to customize it for my needs and Phil was available for any outstanding questions I had about the item. Shipping was super fast! Definitely coming back for more!
