Ordering was easy (with clear indications on what options were in stock), and even during the shipping slowdowns related to the pandemic, Phil Zen Design was able to get the chair out the door and delivered to our home within three business days. We also received regular and friendly updates on the process from the moment we ordered. Great customer service. I received the wrong seat cushion with my chair which was initially frustrating but Phil (the owner) was very apologetic and responsive, and he had the issue resolved in a day. It felt great to be treated as a valued customer!

Very happy with both my product purchased (Varier Move stool) and service provided. I initially ordered this stool from another site who promised that it would be shipped in 24 hours, then notified me several days later that it was backordered. I cancelled that order and started shopping on Phil Zen. The chat window popped up and a representative asked if they could help. I indicated that I was interested in the stool but was trying to choose a color, and that I needed it ASAP and wanted to make sure it wasn't backordered. The rep informed me they had a shipment coming in the next week and indicated which colors were being shipped so that I would be able to select one that would be available soonest. I received my stool quickly and am very happy with it. Very helpful customer service!

After several months working from home, and MANY hours of zoom meetings, my lower back was starting to feel the impact of a conventional desk setup. So, I recently started looking around at standing desk options.

I ordered a chair in October from Phil Zen. Due to Covid the shipping was very backed up! I just got my chair 12/11/2020. Phil contacted me by phone and helped keep track of order and also helped to calm me down that the chair would show! He really went above and beyond for me.

I just got my kneeling chair after a week. The color and style are absolutely beautiful! I had paid for expedited shipping originally but the owner contacted me directly and said they had it in their warehouse, and that their was no need to pay for shipping and reimbursed me immediately! I love my new chair!

Fast shipping despite Covid delays. Received the chair much earlier than originally quoted when I purchased and Phil worked hard to make sure I was in the loop the entire time.

Ordered a hydroponic unit online. Many weeks with little communication, but our world is in chaos. Upon inquiry, I promptly received 3 emails ... no company logo. Red alert, $$$ had already cleared my credit card company.

I called Phillippe, the owner, very soothing voice. He listened and assured me he would update me same day. He organized and was in appropriate constant contact until unit made it to my farm. I dropped the ball and did not thank him. I do so now.

Project delayed unfortunately so unit is in storage. I will update review when I am eating my first homegrown salad of winter. Be well all. Better times are coming.
