Phil Zen delivered flawlessly, our Varier Balans Thatsit chair was priced competitively, we were able to use Phil Zen's partner Sezzle to break up the payments, Phil Zen sent regular shipment and delivery updates on Facebook Messenger by our request, delivery was well within the 5-7 days promised for in-stock items, delivered to our doorstep by UPS in a flatpack, assembly was easy.

Phil Zen Design was having a sale on the Varians Balans kneeling chair I wanted. I ordered it online, and noticed that the website stated shipping could be anywhere from up to 20 days. When I did a live a live chat, the owner himself responded. He checked the inventory, verified it was in stock, and told me it would ship that week. Total time from ordering to receiving the chair was 10 days. Very pleased with the whole process, and recommended both the chair and Phil Zen Design to a friend who would order from them today.

This was a great buying experience. Best price, excellent customer service, and quick processing/shipping. I love my new chair! Also, Phil has started a green initiative and informed me that my purchase payed for a tree to be planted! This is a great business and I would absolutely take my next purchase to Phil Zen.

Love This Chair
This chair is just wonderful. I've always been a fan of unusual/architectural chairs, so the design of this drew me in, for sure. Received it yesterday (in natural/apricot) and I love it. Once you put this together and try it for the first time, there's a brief moment of it feeling like a trust fall, but once you do lean back, it's so relaxing. Your body settles into it, in this calming, melty way, and sitting in this for an hour is nearly like a spa experience.
And Phil Zen Design couldn't have been better: received email updates whenever the status on the order changed, and it arrived just fine. So pleased with this purchase.
