The customer support is second to none, great service, super fast - by far the best i have experienced yet.

After using Phase for 18 months with no problems one of the remotes developed a fault. The support and customer service from Max and the team at Phase was superb. The communication online was excellent, however the issue couldn't be fixed remotely. I sent the unit back for a replacement, and the process was smooth and fast. Great company, with great after sales support. Very happy to recommend Phase.

I had an issue with one of my phase dj remotes and Max got right back to me almost instantaneously. He advised and we resolved the issue within minutes. GREAT customer service along with a GREAT product.

I had a clunking/rattling sound coming from inside my Phase (although still working)

Max helped me through the return process, explaining a repair or a replacement and was quick with replies, and very kind and helpful with his words throughout. and helping with DHL return labels.

In the end my Phase was replaced, which I am happy about as engineers decided this was for the best.

Recently reached out customer support because my PHASE units were randomly and unpredictably dropping out where Sersto would automatically play in internal mode. Got a reply from Max who sent step by step instructions to disconnect and reset the base and remotes and no more issues.

Max helped me when I experienced a major issue with my remotes. Customer service was top-notch and I received replacements in a little less than 2 weeks. Max was very friendly and I really can’t say enough about the customer service. Thank you, Phase & Max! Would definitely recommend!

I'm a customer since release and I'm not disappointed about this phenomenal service. Every time I had an issue, the help center responded immediately and offered help. This time I lost a pin from a phase remote. After writting them I received new pins in about 1 week. Thank you so much!

Revolutionary concept made better with continual updates and improvements. Excellent customer support. Very strong product. Ordered as a preorder from 2019, heavy use without issues to this date.

I had some issues with my Phase unit but customer service was fantastic. Lowell was extremely helpful every step of the way. What I really appreciated was that he was straightforward and honest.

Reaching out for help was easy. The Phase team responded to my email in minutes and the problem I had was solved in no time.

Had an issue with my Phase product but it is out of warranty. No problem for the Phase support team who were really quick to reply, extremely helpful & happy to send out spare parts to try to fix the issue myself. Even updated me that the postal service was down & would be sending out the following day.

I bought a phase used from another dj, and he didn't remember to unlink it from his account. A quick email to the support team fixed all of that, and, well, the product itself is bulletproof. What a great device!
