Phase DJ Arvostelua

Great and fast service with good people.
I really appreciate it !

Great support even with legacy hardware. Quick response and solutions

Fast action and great customer care! Top notch service

After a very frustrating experience setting up and initially using my phase, I decided to contact their support team. Max was super helpful in walking me through the steps that I needed to take in order to achieve the performance that I expected from the phase needles. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to any dj thinking of trying it.

Very helpful and helped solve my issue with ease and no problem. I love my PHASEDJ and totally appreciate their great customer service!

Was having an issue with one of my remote, the Phase team guided me through troubleshooting steps. Tried it and didn’t work and after sending some videos of the behaviour of my remote, without any hesitation, got me to send back the faulty remote without and cost. And they exchange a brand new remote. The whole process took ard a week. Kiddos to Lowell and the phase team. Now I am able to enjoy dj without issues.

uma das melhores experiencias possiveis uma marca para se dizer que sirva de exemplo para as demais do mercado

I had a bad buying experience and I was very frustrated. Max and Lowell turn it out in good experience and helped to solve my issues. They are in light jet lag so you need to be patient to wait their response. Thank you guys!!!

LOWELL is the best! Such a great help from him and the support team. He was quick, efficient and came up with a great solution for my phase unit when it was giving me problems. I thank him and the phase team for such great work and helping us DJs when in need. Thank you!

Envoie et retour du produit en moins d'une semaine. Rapide, efficace, tout ce qu'on aime.
Big up Lowell, t'as assuré

I always get fast support from them, when something is not working! Max is one of the best guys! He helped me a couple of times and solved all my problems I had with Phase.

The most innovative product in history DJ equipment!!!🙌🙌🙌

Early days, but it seems a solid piece of kit.
I initially had problems with the setup on my Mac, but this was resolved quickly by Lowell at Phase. This was a setting/ instruction that hadn't been included on the sites guide. I believe this is going to be added to their instructions.
Overall, very pleased with the product as well as the support given. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

LOVE Phase! Upon receiving them, I updated them, charged them, and gave it a thorough testing. I discovered one of my remotes had a battery issue so I reached out to the Support team.

Max is a total superstar. Hes understanding and truly wanted to help find a solution. In the end, through troubleshooting, it was identified I might have had a faulty remote so Max coordinated the exchange.

I'm all good now. Respect to Phase!

My initial Phase had some connection issues, i reached out and had great support from the Phase team and they ended up sending me a new Phase. Its been working great and love how the Phase handles while dj-ing.
