PetsPyjamas Arvostelua

Alison at Pets Pyjamas was super helpful, efficient and friendly while making our atypical booking, lovely telephone manner and brilliant sense of humour

Very helpful company and quick to respond to any queries. We have used them more than once and will continue to do so. Definitely worth using 👍

Jodie was super helpful-would recommend using Pets Pyjamas to any Dog owner.

So far experience has been great. The website gives so much information about each place and the 'rules' for dogs. Which a lot of places miss until you have booked! Jodie was very helpful and chased the hotel quickly for me as it was a last minute booking/quote. Fingers crossed for a lovely stay soon.

Joanne and Paul were brilliant and we are off with our two tiny dogs, Chomsky and Tomlin, to our beautiful hotel tomorrow

Booking was so simple, we got great advice, and we are going to The Glencoe Inn, where our wee dogs are welcome in the bar and the restaurant

Fabulous service from Pets Pyjamas

We initially struggled with some hotels on the website, but we did manage to request a couple of quotes. A member of PetsPyjamas called us to see how we were doing. They were patient, helpful and gave us a couple of recommendations based on our requirements. We've booked a short break in The Cotswolds and are pencilling in another in Cambridgeshire later in the year.

We have booked with Pet Pyjama a few times now and have been please with the help the advisors provide and the prompt responses. Paul in particular has been very helpful to me with my queries with my latest booking for 2024.

Rang for a very last minute deal. The concierge, Alison Reynolds, was very patient and informative. She called me back within agreed timescales after a query. Most helpful

This is my second booking, the previous being a Christmas package. Joanne has been extremely efficient and helpful, with prompt updates on availability and package offers. Thank you, we're all looking forward to our stay next week, and are very happy with the deal offered.

Great service
Very prompt and efficient at sorting out my needs .
Looking forward to a fantastic holiday.
All down to Paul Jackson many thanks x

Joanne was so helpful in making my booking as it was a bit more confusing than the booking form would allow. Great service.

Tried online to book an holiday in Northumberland everything fine till I had to enter coupen kept saying invalid I then rang the no given and a absolutely lovely helpful women called Donna sorted it rang me back and went through it while I was online excellent service and professional.

I booked three separate dog friendly hotels to stay three consecutive months and thanks to Donna all went smoothly. I would highly recommend PetsPyjamas to all dog loving people.

Zahraa organised our trip to Liverpool as needed somewhere to stay for my daughter’s graduation , wanted a spar hotel which allowed our 2 chihuahuas . The hotel found fitted the bill & the location is perfect.

We have used pet pj's a few times now and have found them so helpful. Today for the first time we had some difficuly with booking a mini break. JOANNE was excellant and very patient in trying to solve the problem. Thank you.

I really felt that Zahraa went above and beyond with my booking. I came back several times with queries and each time, she promptly found the answers for me. Delightfully friendly on the phone too.
I like the wonderful range of pet friendly hotels that Pets Pyjamas offer and they really can't be beaten on price!

Easy to contact and book with Pets Pyjamas. I had my questions answered and booking was simple.
