The booking experience was made simple with the help from Ashley. I initially tried to book direct with the hotel, but was told they didn’t have anything for my dates. I decided to try PetsPyjamas and Ashley sent me a quote for the same dates at the same hotel, and when I added another night she quickly sorted it out and sent another quote within minutes.
We haven’t had our Paws Break yet, but hopefully it will be as good as the service from Ashley at PetsPyjamas!

I previously booked summer 2023 and couldn't fault the accommodation at the Kings Head Inn so booked again for Easter 2024 - unfortunately my partner was admitted to hospital some weeks prior and was unable to travel so I gave plenty of notice to cancel and was informed I would receive a refund within 28 days. I still haven't received my money back and keep getting fobbed off with 'I will chase our accounts team' - it's now 7 weeks since I gave cancellation notice, my partner is still in hospital and I could really do with MY MONEY BACK ...
