The holiday we had before was the best UK break we have had. A lovely hotel and super dog-friendly and for this trip coming up, I had questions on some things and Joanne was able to help/advise on every question without claiming something she didn't know the answer to, some things she then came back via email after checking and clearly I like this as we have already booked a second getaway.

So helpful to have the support when you are travelling with a less able partner and a dog! Great service from Joanne at Pets Pyjamas. She understood our needs and has matched this perfectly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We used Pets Pyjamas for the first time to book the Fox and Hounds Country Hotel in Devon. The hotel is set in a beautiful and remote location with lovely grounds. The interior is quite dated and the room we were given was not as expected, very tired with tatty furnishings and no basic touches you expect. There was talk of bowls etc from the website and other reviews for the dog in the room but we had nothing at all for him, lucky we took all our own. There was a single shared towel in reception but why would anyone want to use that! The door of our room did not shut properly and you could hear other guests in the rooms either side and in the corridor, we spent the time in our room whispering as a result. The team were very welcoming but our dog quickly became overwhelmed as he could not relax in our room nor in any of the public spaces. Nobody would give him any space. Sadly there were several dogs off leads in the grounds and one attacked our puppy leaving him very nervous of other dogs since. We booked with a meal plan but the £35 supplement would not cover two courses and an alcoholic drink. When our dog would not settle in the restaurant we ended up having to sit in a separate room following complaints and continuous glaring from other guests who did not have a dog. Unfortunately as our dog was so overwhelmed and we were made to feel so unwelcome by fellow guests, we left just 4 hours after checking in. The staff tried to provide solutions to make us stay, by moving us the next day and letting us dine alone for all meals, but we felt this was more about money than our pets wellbeing and this experience has put us off of wanting to use pets pyjamas again or indeed, stay in another “dog friendly” hotel. We were offered a complimentary return stay but after such a negative experience and being made to feel so uncomfortable that we could not stay, it was insulting to be offered this as clearly non of our feedback was taken on board!

*UPDATE* - 50 days after our stay we have finally been refunded following reopening the matter with another and much more understanding, customer service representative at pets pyjamas.

Can't wait for our trip! From making an initial phone call to Pets Pyjamas to receiving Joanne's proposal was just 20 minutes - that's fast!

When I asked for a quote it was sent through very quickly by Joanne. She detailed everything we wanted and was quick to send through an alternative price when we changed the dates.
I will definitely not hesitate in using them again.

I found a lovely little hotel through petspyjamas for a short stay with our dog Milo. Booking online was very easy and had a quick response from Zahraa who was dealing with my request, i had difficulty paying but after a phone call it was promptly resolved and all booked. We booked a holiday cottage "woodlands by the sea "in Deal Kent. The pictures of the cottage were lovely however when we arrived the outside of the property was lovely and the area was fantastic. The inside however was awful being dirty everywhere the furniture was what you would expect to find in a slum or a squat the sinks were all blocked ,the crockery mucky the floor was black ,the kitchen units were badly hand painted with the sink dirty with a old green bowl in it. There was not a vacume cleaner in the property just a broom and a dustpan and brush.
so the upstairs carpets had not seen a cleaning for sometime. so many other complaints
We complained on return to pets pjmamas who said they would contact the owner and never heard anymore from them

Great travel expert, Joanne. Found me exactly what I was looking for and was helpful and proactive.

Terribly disappointed - given quote which was paid for, only to be told by PetsPyjamas that a mistake has been made so cancelled my booking. They then tried not to issue me a full refund even though it was their fault. Still waiting for funds to be returned 3 weeks later.

I have travelled with PetsPyjamas before and the experience was great but the service I received from Joanne Westcar was amazing.When I had problem with train strikes with a new booking, she went above and beyond to make sure I got another date without extra cost. This is just excellent Customer service. Thank you.

Thank you so much to Zahraa, who was extremely helpful this morning by assisting me in completing my hotel reservation, when I had a problem submitting in my credit card.
Professional and friendly person at the other end of the phone line was very reassuring.
Transaction eventually went through smoothly; and I am confident enough to recommend PetsPyjamas to others. I will certainly use this company for future bookings, instead of my usual route of booking direct with an hotel. Thank you again, Zahraa.

ZAHRAA WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY WHEN FINALISING MY BOOKING.INCLIDING FINDING BREAKFAST BEING PART OF OUR DEAL AND SECURING A REDUCTION WHEN ONLY ONE DOG WAS TO BE INCLUDED 😄😄
