FRAUDSTERS !
I responded to an offer from a reputable online music retailer and, part way through submitting my order I got the feeling that something wasn't right and didn't pursue it any further. I then find myself enrolled as a 'member' of Petprobuys and am advised they have taken a fee of £12.90. I tried to contact them via their website, telling them I had not applied for membership or authorised any transaction in their favour, but the 'contact us' email address didn't work ! Three days later they took £12.90 from my bank, and then another £8.90 the following day. This time I tried to use their online 'chat' service to resolve the issue, but without any success. In the end reported this to my bank as fraud. Complete nightmare !

Click Bait Scam! I clicked an ad 80% discounted suitcases, it redirected me to another site, entered personal information to become a member, it immediately charged me of 1 months subscription more or less $50.

I remembered and cancelled about 2 weeks later but the next month i saw another billing from them. I talk with them via chat and the support team said that they do not allow refunds.

I ended up paying 2 months of subscription even though I haven't bought anything from them.

A few days ago an email arrived from them saying that they will refund 1 month of my subscription fee if I leave a positive review here on trustpilot. This is an honest review.

Petrobuys is a shady company, do not fall for their shady practices. In my experience this is a 100% SCAM!

My experience was a short one but wonderful,and very helpful!!

Their was a mistake concerning my order through a online shop. After couple of days no confirmation about my order..... Scam ?????
I send a copy of the amount Petprobuys charged me, i had a chat with one of the guys of the company, he could not trace my order, after a couple of chats they agreed to refund me, I also got a cancellation mail of my membership.
