Scammers and their blackmailing me, and I didn’t receive any thing it’s been like 3 weeks and they keep sending me this email and they refuse to answer any of my emails look what they’re sanding to me:

Attention GROSSE ARNAQUE sur Facebook !! Ils devaient me rembourser,mais rien !!! 🤬🤬🤬💩💩💩 Ils ont même débité le mois suivant (avril) !! Et soi disant, si vous mettez un avis positif ici, ils vous remboursent !! Mensonges !!

These guys are an absolute scam. They wouldn't refund my money. The first thing they said they won't do anything until I rate them. Of course, now unlikely that they'll do anything but screw them since they started to ignore me.
UPDATE- now they came back to me saying yeah we will only process your refund when you remove this review. I don't think it will get any better, but I'll leave it to them to impress.
Update Apr 1 2026:
The website don't allow me to remove my payment methods. Of course, even thought I asked them to hold the subscription, they went ahead and charged my card. So basically the only way not to be held hostage is to stop and reissue my credit card. At this point it's unlikely for them to refund me, so this is to ensure everyone is aware of the malicious and unethical behavior. If a website seems unintuitive when it comes to changing your payment method, almost likely it's intended.
