Petpals UK Limited Arvostelua

Always reliable and flexible and most importantly I come home to two very well looked after and happy cats who much prefer staying at home instead of going into a cattery.

Jean was extremely responsive and efficient at meeting our needs. I know that my dog was in safe hands and moreover, enjoyed the time he spent in Jean's excellent facilities.

Waisted a Sunday morning traveling and having a site visit to be shown and told how good a service they provide hardly any interest in our dog to then be told she's not neutered can't provide any boarding care.Be a good idea to state this on your website or in any communications to save peoples precious time.

Very helpful especially at short notice and engaged with the pets.

Monique is so reliable and caring for our pets.

Fantastic communication from Monique with constant updates and pictures.
I felt very confident that our family pet was being looked after well!

Monique is really great flexible and nothing is to much trouble would thoroughly recommend her and her services

Monique has been looking after my cats for years and it’s not easy as they are both diabetic and require insulin injections 12 hours apart. Fully trust Monique to look after my girls.

Fantastic service. Our local Petpals person, Monique, is great with our cat. It’s a great relief to know Kiki will be well looked after whilst we’re away.

Helen and Paul do a fab job looking after Murphy when he stays. He had a couple of nights with them in December and enjoyed snowy walks with their own Labrador. They stay in touch with photos and updates so you know everything is fine.

Great understanding of more complicated dog issues. Petpals has gone the extra mile to create a good experience. Very grateful.

I’ve always had an amazing experience with using PetPals, Jean is outstanding and really accommodating with drop off and collection times. Einstein loves going there and never hesitates at the gate which must be a good sign! I have and will thoroughly recommend Jean to all my friends who have dogs in the area. Can’t rate highly enough

Jean provides the best dog sitting service. She is so friendly and reliable. You feel completely at ease with her and know that your dog is getting the best care and attention. Jean has looked after our dog Indie for a few years now, and every time she provides the utmost professional service. We continue to be truly impressed by all that she does. Jean really does provide such a personal service for you and your dog, she is brilliant!

We've been a customer of Amber Valley / Matlock Petpals for more than 10 years. I rate them very highly.

Fiona and her family are the perfect petals. We've been with them for over 5 years now and we don't have any complaints at all, in fact they go above and beyond to help us out as I have a lot of hospital visits and I know if I have an unplanned stay they will look after Sam and Eva for us until someone is back home. This is done without hesitation and I sometimes think our dogs prefer being at their house with Fiona's dogs who they get on really well with than beig home hahaha. It's the squeaking and tail wagging when they are being picked up for their pack walk and their happy smiling faces when they come back make them worth every penny : )

Only place I will leave my dogs! Jean is amazing with them x

Our dog Molly loves her time with Petpals, and we know she is being very well looked after.

Thanks again to Angie from Petpals Bournemouth - 3rd time of using and will definitely use again.
Our cat is getting on a bit and does not like being on his own , but also doesn’t like strangers so he’s a bit ‘high maintenance’ aka spoilt ! Daily updates including photos reassured us that he was being well cared for , and Angie is willing to discuss and implement changes to our instructions where necessary when hot weather meant all wet food wasn’t being eaten. His litter tray can be pretty nasty due to his nerves so extra thanks for that too!
