Petpals UK Limited Arvostelua

Our dog always comes home happy.
Jean is attentive to our dogs needs & enjoys stay at Petpals.

Phil & Alex (Basingstoke Petpals) are amazing!!! They provide such great service and update me with my pets adventures while away! I always feel so secure and happy leaving my rabbit in their very capable hands! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Completely committed to giving the best care to the dogs (and other animals) they look after, and the dogs know it. Milly comes back from her weekly day with Petpals obviously bursting to tell me about her fun day. She's been going to Petpals for 5 years now and I can't praise them enough.

Really recommend Monique at Petpals - she has put our Cockapoo puppy completely at ease when she takes her out for walks and Nellie loves boarding with Monique. I never have to worry about her and Nellie comes back so happy. Great communication. Very organised.

We were so happy to leave Sue in charge of our kitties in our home. She was so professional and really friendly. She took care of our cats wonderfully, sending pictures of them daily and sending a report about what they were up to. We would recommend Pet Pals Chichester to anyone looking for lovely people to look after their pets. Thank you Sue!

Thank you Rachel for looking after our 4 furbabies Rosie Charli Obi and Finley we loved the daily updates and we value your hard work and making sure our babies were well looked after while we were away and also give us peace of mind too
Thank you 💖 Darlington pet pals

I have been using Petpals Darlington for well over a year now. The team are fabulous. They try their very best to accommodate requests for services even at short notice. Grace loves her walks with her fellow doggos & the team are great with her. I have also used their dog boarding service. Again, so well organised & Grace gets to stay with a fellow dog lover who spoils her like I do, all round a 5 star service. 👏🏻✨

They are totally reliable and take great care of our two tabby cats who are now 14. They have looked after them since they were very young. I would fully recommend them.

Really helpful and supportive . Skye has had a great time and I know she is in safe hands . Thanks

Our dog absolutely loves her time with Petpals. Mark and Lucy look after her as if she were their own and always take excellent care of her. She's so excited to see them when they come to collect her, so whether it's day care or home boarding we know she'll have a fantastic time. In fact, I don't know how we'd manage without them!

Lucy & Mark from PetPals Norwich are absolutely amazing. These guys always go above and beyond even at short notice, me and my boy would be so lost without them. They are part of the family.

As my experience the company is very trust worthy. The service was also very friendly and helpful. Fantastic!!!!!!

We had a family weekend away, my daughter usually looks after my cats. I had used Petpals with my dogs many years ago, so decided to use them again. Absolutely wonderful service! Really friendly with me and my cats. It was above and beyond what I was hoping for them and me. My cats were treated the same as when my daughter looks after them and I received photos and true feedback (both cats are timid and I know their habits). Rachel really helped me to enjoy my holiday, because I wasn't worried about their wellbeing. Thank you.

Monique did a fantastic job of looking after my cat and my tortoise while I was on holiday. She is incredibly thorough and professional and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of animals. I'm so happy to have found someone who so clearly loves animals and cares deeply about their welfare.

Really happy with the service from Petpals. Everything was exactly as discussed and Jean took time to ensure she had as much info about the dogs as possible which gave us peace of mind. We would definitely use again.

Lucy & Mark always look after Indy so brilliantly, she’s so happy being able to stay at home while we go away, safe in the knowledge that she’s being well looked after.

Pet sitting (3 x cats, rabbit and guineas), Excellent customer service very responsive. My animals are very happy to be home with high care standards. We really appreciate PetPals care and attention. We trialed three days and the results are extremely postive. I highly recommend this service. Communcation is great and we feel safe. A big thank you to the team.

I would like to thank Michelle for taking exceptional care of my 5 kitties- always get an update & photos when I’ve been way, have used this cat sitting service for a long time now & I would highly recommend them; we also use the home boarding service for our two dogs- can also recommend this service:

I’ve used Jean @ Petpals for well over 10 years now. She cares for all the dogs like they’re her own and I have absolute peace of mind when my dog is with her.

Helen and Paul are a fantastic team & i cannot recommend them enough, for those who have labradors, they are the pace to go!
