Russell has done a wonderful job installing a cat flap into a double glazed French door. Fantastic job completed quickly and to an excellent standard. Very happy! Petflaps were cheaper than competitors and the service and communication from start to finish was fantastic. I would use go straight to them if I needed another cat flap.

What a pleasure to do business with a company that pays attention to detail, and provides all necessary information and guidance. PetFlaps have done a superb job in fitting a Pet Door to my double-glazed patio door. A special mention to Russell the fitter who fitted the custom-made glass complete with pet door in an amazing display of skill and knowledge. Simply an excellent job all round and deservedly highly recommended.

I am completely happy with the catflap recently installed. I had called several local companies but as soon as i told them i had a composite door with mouldings at the bottom,they all refused, telling me it wasnt possible.
Communication from the company was great and the guy that fitted it was very professional.
Yes, it does cost a bit more than local companies would have charged for a 'normal' door, but i'll be saving money on heating bills as i wont need to leave my door open.
My only criticism, was that it took a few weeks before the work was completed, but they did call and explain that my location was quite far out, so needed to arrange the fitters diary etc. They were very fair and offered refund on deposit if i wanted. Im glad i waited though

Replied quickly and politely to any question I had. Didn't have to wait too long for a installation date, in fact I got it earlier than the previous date when they had some extra time. The Installation was quick, noisy but that was expected. Very polite, good customer service :) highly recommend.

Rob was the installer for my cat flap. Such a nice guy and did a great job.

Comms with the admin side was good, all arranged & installed within 3 weeks.

Highly recommended.

The whole process was simple quick and easy. Terry the installer did a great job, let me know when he was coming and arrived on time and was courteous and friendly and his work was spot on and he tidied up afterwards.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s service. I paid the deposit over 6.5 weeks ago and there’s still no confirmed installation date in sight.

I understand that delays can happen, but after this much time with no installation date or resolution, it feels completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you need reliable and timely service.

My cat flap was installed by Josh. I was so happy with the experience. He knew exactly what he was doing and wasn't fazed at all when my door turned out to be thicker than standard. He even showed me how to programme the cat flap when it was done. I'm so glad I got cat flap specialists in for the installation.
