Disappointing Service
Tried to order four of my dog's chewy favourite bone toys. Order status said one in stock and three would go on a back order which I was happy with. Received an email next day to say unable to supply any at all. However, product is still available to order on the website. Disappointed.

I had no problems whatsoever
I had no problems whatsoever with Pet connection. I ordered a bag of dog food and it was delivered 3 days later! When I expected at least 5, so I was thrilled when I received the message that it was going to be delivered!
