Great Experience!
Our guide George was amazing! The itinerary was clear, everything was accounted for, and we had a fantastic experience! George did an incredible job of handling such a large group, ensuring everyone was enjoying their time, and he brought great energy to the tours! My only recommendation would be to give more time for looking around the shops in Paracas, but I know the schedule is tight so that might not be possible.

Great service from Pablo
Our guide Pablo was incredible. Kind, informative, funny and fluent in Spanish and English, he made the day tick along without a hitch and made sure we made the most of some truly fantastic experiences. The dune buggy and sandboarding were particular highlights for our family

Saludos cordiales,

En bekvem rejsemåde rundt i landet.
Det var så bekvemt, at blive hentet på overnatningsstedet og blive bragt til det næste, i den nye by.
Guiderne på busserne var kompetente og meget engagerede.
Godt med stop på ruterne.

Decent
The communication was great. The bus was comfortable and well organised. The sand buggies and surfing were great. The staff from Peru hop were kind and enthusiastic. Unfortunately the staff on the boat were rude and unwelcoming which slightly soured my experience. I also thought the experience at the pisco sour place was a little disorganised.

Hi Martin,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us!
We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the journey, especially the dune buggies and sandboarding, and that our team made you feel welcome and supported.
We’re sorry to hear that the attitude of the boat staff affected your experience. The Ballestas Islands boat tour is operated by a local partner, and the treatment you described does not reflect the high standards we expect from the operators we work with. We’ll make sure this feedback is passed on to them.
We’ll also share your comments about the pisco tasting experience with the management of the vineyard so they can review this with their team.
We really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback with us.
Warm regards,

Delay and delay
The activities are very nice but the timing has been a big problem. The pick up had 1 hour of delay and nobody informed us. We were at the meeting point in the middle of the night in the center of Lima waiting and waiting.
The return had more delay: 2 hours (we driver stopped for gasoline, and he could do it while we were in Huacachina).
I think a better organisation is needed.
About the activity the only point to highlight is that in Huacachina we missed the view point - I think it can be improved easily.

Hi Rebecca,
We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the activities included in your Paracas & Huacachina Full Day Tour.
We do acknowledge that the morning pickup was delayed by around 50 minutes due to an unexpected mechanical issue with the bus. Because passenger safety is always our priority, we wanted to make sure everything was properly checked before continuing. Our team adjusted the itinerary accordingly to make up as much time as possible throughout the day. Unfortunately, this meant there was not enough time to include the sunset toast as originally planned.
Regarding the return journey, we would also like to clarify that the bus arrived in Lima on time. The journey from the Ica region to Lima takes approximately four hours, and our schedules are planned accordingly.
We appreciate your feedback and are glad that, despite the delayed start, you were able to enjoy the main activities of the tour.
Warm regards,
Peru Hop
Easy way to travel through Peru
The guides and the customer service helped a lot giving tips and instructions. The coordination with the tours was wonderful for example in Nazca the guide of the tour itself give me a ride from the hostel to the bus because of an early departure. It was convenient, well organized and I got see more from Peru because of the buses schedule

Best Hop-on Hop-off experience ever!
The simple fact that all the pickups were right on time, and that we were well taken care of is more than enough reason to give a 5 star review.
The busses were comfortable, and the guides were amazing.

Recommend to anyone travelling Peru!
Very well organised and ran on schedule. The hotel pick ups in the larger cities were much easier than having to go to bus stations. The guide (Gabriel) was clear with instructions, approachable, funny and understanding. He always checked individually with us which activities and accommodation we had booked and it was nice to have the flexibility to change activities if we wanted to. Gabriel also told us a lot about the places we were going to. Busses were comfortable and had more leg room than most. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. It was much easier to organise than local buses and activities. Just wish Peru hop also covered Huaraz and the North of Peru! I hope it expands to more destinations in Bolivia (eg: Sucre & the salt flats) and also other countries like Colombia and Chile.
