Brilliant experience with Peru Hop!
We had a great experience with Peru hop. Booking was very easy and staff at that stage very helpful, providing detailed answers to any questions.
Communication was excellent throughout and at every step of the journey. Hosts on each leg were almost all fantastic- friendly, supportive, informative and enthusiastic. Special thank you Juan Carlos, Jose Carlos and Brenda!; Nilka however could really learn from you… Hers was the only leg where there was a distinct lack of communication, support and engagement. (Incidentally we were deleted from her group without the opportunity to leave feedback, unlike every other group!).
The buses are clean and comfortable and the drivers excellent.
We have used local buses on previous trips across Peru and Bolivia and Peru Hop offers the best value for money and service. We strongly recommend Peru Hop!

Very efficient reservation mechanism through the app. Their customer service is very helpful should you not find a seat for a certain date.
Peru Hop removes the burden of the transpory along the gringo trail
Their onboard guide is also plenty of tips and tricks , not mentioning their communication regarding the culture of Peru.

Effective and exciting program
The tour is well organized and I could visit many places in a day. All activities are interesting and exciting. The guide is enough expertized and some information via WA helps the tour more effective. If the jointing and releasing time from/ to San Isidro can be more late/ early by changing meeting place with tour bus it is more efficient time consuming for the tourists from San Isidro.

The communication, timings and flexibility were terrific. I changed my itinerary many times and they were really accommodating. The trip to Lake Titicaca from La Paz was amazing too.

I would highly recommend Peru Hop! I originally was looking to book a bus from Lima to Paracas to Huacachina and back to Lima. When I contacted them they informed me they had a group tour with my exact planned itinerary which was so handy! As a solo traveller I met great people and saw and experienced amazing things and Peru Hop made my few days seamless, hassle free and so fun! Appreciated : good concept, Trustfull organisation, very nice and motivated staff. I would have liked to know in advance how many stops and where for each stage of the journey. And a bit more regularity for the guides and the informations they provide. Some talk a lot, also about culture, history, context, and some just give the rules of the bus and the tour offers and some practical points. As the group slightly changes every day, a daily common routine would be nice (brief historical/cultural contextualusation of what will be seen/traversed that day, programm, practical informations on the landing point….

Regarding consistency between guides, our passengers join and leave the route at different destinations, so the group and guide can naturally change from day to day. While each guide has their own personality and communication style, we recognise the importance of ensuring that key practical information, as well as useful cultural and historical context, is consistently provided. Your feedback has been shared with our guide management team for review.
In terms of the stops, our Full South to Cusco itinerary and included stops are communicated before booking, but we appreciate your suggestion that this information could be made even clearer for each individual stage of the journey.

Peru hop is the best! They were very careful to check on all passengers. They took us to perfect places. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful though out the trip! I would use Peru hop again for my travels!
Ana from Lima to Huacachina was so helpful that she even had me sit in the middle during sand buggy because of my petite frame. I sure appreciate that.
Liz from Huacachina to Nazca lines was very caring. She informed us on the itinerary and was apologetic because of delays although it was not her fault at all.

Consigliato sia da soli che in gruppo
Consigliato sia da soli, che in coppia o gruppo. Il bus vi viene a prendere in lima praticamente in ogni hotel basta indicare dove alloggiate e vi indicano l'orario preciso..organizzano poi il transfert al vostro hotel nella città di arrivo.
Prima di ogni partenza, chi ha prenotato viene inserito in un gruppo whatsapp dalla guida che poi sul gruppo (e sul bus) vi darà molti consigli su escursioni, posti da visitare, dove mangiare, etc.. Potete prenotare i posti che preferite sul bus, ma comunque ogni posto è comodo e spazioso, i sedili si reclinano abbastanza, vi forniscono coperte (molto utili nei lunghi transfert anche notturni..ma il Perù è vasto non c'è scelta se lo volete visitare). Sul bus è presente un bagno (migliore di quelli dell'aereo) solo per fare pipì ma è già tanto..e se aveste un'emergenza si fermano in stazione di servizio. Presa di carica per i telefoni in ogni sedile e per le lunghe trasferte pranzi/cene a buffet in ristoranti "convenzionati" a prezzo fisso. Senza contare che per chi viaggia solo/a e vuole fare conoscenze è un ottimo modo. Noi abbiamo fatto il tour in coppia solo Perù (senza puno) e non ci interessava per forza fare le cene tutti inseme o troppi briefing ma quelli sono gusti e se non lo so desidera si può tranquillamente evitare quindi perfetto.

I had a wonderful time, and the guides were amazing - especially Deb!
During the second half of the trip (from Huacachina onward to Nazca), I would have appreciated a bit more information regarding pickups. It wasn't always completely clear where or when I needed to be, but in the end, everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommend!

3 day trip - Lima-Paracas-Huacachina
When planning to travel we often have to make plans many months in advance. This can be very challenging, and stressful, since you don’t always know if you can trust a company. That being said, traveling with PeruHop was one of the best decisions we made on our trip.
The busses were comfortable, the staff incredible, and the experience unforgettable. Every step of the way PeruHop exceeded expectations.
I want to personally shout out our primary PeruHop guide, Juan Carlos. He speaks clearly and with a true love and passion for his country. He also always made sure that guests were well taken care of.
Special mentions to: Louis, Brenda, and Nilo. Brenda for guiding us back to Lima. Louis and Nilo for making our night unforgettable in Huacachina (Wild Rover).
One recommendation: we left Huacachina at 7pm which seemed awfully late. An earlier departure time would have been far more ideal.
Overall, the experience was amazing and we would absolutely travel with PeruHop again in the future.

A great way to explore Peru
I had a great experience traveling with Peru Hop over the past two weeks. The flexible bus ticket was a real advantage, allowing me to spend as much time as I wanted at each destination without feeling rushed. The tour guides were excellent—very helpful, responsive, and always available via WhatsApp whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I also appreciated the itinerary, which included stops at many of the southern Peru major tourist attractions.
