A door-to-door, seamless service
The entire experience was truly seamless and comfortable. There was never a time in which I didn't know exactly what to expect and it was a truly door-to-door experience without me having to think about any of the logistics. One thing that I really like about the service is that the host goes from seat to seat to make sure that all questions are answered. This went a long way toward making me feel completely comfortable.
I doubt that I would have managed to get myself to Lake Titicaca without Peru Hop's service. ' a 5 star experience all around.

Looooved our PeruHop experience
Looooved our PeruHop experience! We went from Lima to paracas this way, and I would highly recommend it! The buses are very comfortable and clean, very safe, and the staff is excellent! Well trained, very pleasant, very hard-working, happy and so knowledgeable. Canadians listen up: go PeruHop! But stay an extra few days in (Paracas ) because it’s beautiful! Best way to see all of Peru
The experience was fantastic. I am so grateful for the the bus taking me where I need to go and visiting all the places I wanted to see. The people working with Peru Hop made the experience more than anything. The guys on my overnight bus from Cuzco to Arequipa made sure I was taken care of and Ricardo was the best from meeting him to leaving in Lima he communicated everything we needed to know and took a special interest in every person. It was so nice to be picked up and dropped off at my different hostels instead of walking with my heavy bags. The whole premise of this company is ideal. I would have had such a difficult time taking public buses and even more so, would have had a hard time navigating late at night. I would recommend this to everyone coming to Peru without question.

It´s a good opportunity to see the different sites of Peru
It´s a good opportunity to see the different sites of Peru and the trips offered are well organized and fit into the schedule. But it all depends on the individual travel guide. With Luis, we had a travel guide (up to Arequipa) who loved being the guide and was proactive and did all to form a temporary team. But we also get in touch with other guides (e.g. Neil), who mentioned “doń´t complain about the seats to me, write to Peru hop Office…” This looked like for the guide hopefully the trip is over soon.

Took all the anxiety off my solo trip!
I could not have done my solo trip across Peru without Peru Hop. It was unbelievably well-organised with excellent communication and updates and all the guides were excellent. All the transfers and travel logistics running like clockwork - maybe they can sort out the British and Australian public transport systems!!

Great flexibility and easy of use
The Peru Hop bus service makes getting between most of the major destinations in Peru and Bolivia really easy and stress free. The flexibility to change your dates and pick up locations, and pause your bus service add an extra layer of usability as well. I used a mix of the Peru Hop buses and organising my own coaches to travel for 5 months through South America and found it worth the money.

Unexpected change
We had a time the 10am departing bus was cancelled one night before, from Peru to Cusco. Although Peru Hop had the solution (change to another service tour bus), the whole experience was not great...
Generally, inside the bus, it was not clean as we expect, like the blanket.
Sometimes inside the bus the smell was bad.
The staffs are very helpful, which made the trip a good one.

We had a great tour with Peru Hop along…
We had a great tour with Peru Hop along the “To Cusco without the lake” route. The guides on our buses were great and took good care of the passengers. The buses are comfortable and even the night bus ride from Huacachina to Arequipa felt relatively good, even though full 180° reclining seats would have been even better. The buses were always super reliable and every pickup worked exactly as expected.
The included visits at the Slave tunnels and the Pisco tasting felt a bit unnecessary and just for getting tourists to spend money at these places. Especially the lunch/dinner stop at Mom’s Cafe is definitely not worth it.

Ik kon werkelijk zo ‘hop on’! Het is zo goed georganiseerd, ik hoefde niet te zoeken, geen tijd te verspillen, ik werd opgehaald en meegenomen op excursies afgestemd op de bustijden en zo naar plekken gebracht die ik zelf niet zo makkelijk had gevonden. De bussen zijn comfortabel, met usb en wifi ook waar mijn eSIM het niet deed. En de gidsen: mijn complimenten. Sergio, Nikla en Neill hadden antwoorden op mijn vragen, regelden van alles en wisten veel te vertellen over de dingen onderweg.
En dat allemaal met een makkelijke app en direct contact via de app met het hoofdkantoor voor mijn vragen. Niets aan toe te voegen. Een absolute aanrader.
En dat voor deze prijs.

I highly recommend Peru Hop. Our host was Pedro, and he was an excellent professional and a wonderful person. Everything was very well organized and punctual, except for the arrival: we were told we would be dropped off at our hotel at 11 PM, but we were dropped off at 1 AM. Otherwise, everything went exactly according to the itinerary.

Flexibility and Meeting People
Honestly, the best part of the experience was meeting the guides, fellow travelers and residents at each location. I really liked the flexibility of picking places to stay longer so that I could have time to explore. The only downside of bus travel and tours is the necessity of some VERY early pick up times, and a few long overnight transits. It’s a small price to pay though!
